Everything was great. Lorenzo accompanied us from the hotel at 6:30 until the end of the Papal audience. He helped us locate a great place in the square, so that we could watch the entire audience and also see the Pope up close when he drove by.

Rosanna and Bianca were absolutely amazing! Couldn’t have gone smoother and had the best seats available thanks to them. It was a 10/10 for sure and highly recommend. Their customer service is superb.

It all went really well. Rosaria picked us up at the hotel and we went to the Vatican. The entrance went really smoothly and with the blessing help from Rosaria, Rossana and their incredible team we were able to get front seat rows. Better was impossible. They all were really kind and gentle with my mother, who has 87 years old and always dreamed to attend the Papal Audience. Again, better was impossible! I truly recommend it!!

Such an amazing experience that exceeded all of my expectations! In the morning Rosario our amazing guide for the papal visit greeted us with a big smile at our hotel with a car waiting for me and my friend. Rosaria was extremely knowledgeable about the Vatican and the areas of Rome and gave us amazing tips on the way to the papal mass. When we arrived to Vatican City we were able to skip the line and had the best view of the pope. The whole experience was unforgettable and something I will cherish forever. The tour company was amazing in handling everything and our guide Rosaria made everything so much more pleasant and amazing! I would not miss this while visiting rome!

Amazing trip with my adult daughters. Francesco and Rossanna made the day very speciall. We had front row seats in a sea of thousands! I will never forget this magical morning and will always be thankful for this team!

The ONLY way to experience the Papal Audience on Wednesday’s is with Rossana & Veronica. These ladies are the most professional & dedicated tour guides for this event. Don’t try to do this on your own or you’ll be very disappointed. They insist on 1st class service & deliver incredible, unmatched results. They’re dedicated to providing their clients with the ULTIMATE Papal experience. Don’t hesitate at the cost, it’s worth every Euro spent…especially when the Holy Father is 10 feet away from you & your camera! It’s an unforgettable experience of a lifetime.

As first time visitors to Rome with only a two-day stay, this was the perfect stress free way to fully enjoy and appreciate being a part of the papal audience. Our guides, Rosanna and Bianca exceeded our expectations. From the start of the day by ensuring we had excellent seats to guiding us through the venue as well as addressing our questions - they made this once-in-a-lifetime event even more memorable.

Quel magnifique cadeau pour les 18 ans de notre fille!!!
Rosana, Bianca et Giuletta ont été des accompagnatrices en or pour ce moment unique qui marquera à jamais nos esprits.
Du premier contact par messagerie à la fin de l'audience, tout fut orchestré royalement.
La veille de l'audience, Bianca a veillé à ce que tout soit opérationnel pour le lendemain. Un chauffeur est venu nous chercher à notre résidence et durant le trajet jusqu'au Vatican, Giuletta notre accompagnatrice nous a conté l'histoire de Rome, des différents papes et nous a désignés les sites historiques importants sur le trajet. Arrivés tôt au Vatican, nous avons eu des places de choix qui nous ont permis d'approcher le pape à l'issue de son audience.
Rosana et son équipe restent présentes à nos côtés jusqu'à la fin de l'audience pour nous raccompagner.
Nous remercions encore Rome Italy Explora pour cette matinée chargée en émotions qui restera un moment inoubliable de notre séjour à Rome!!!

Hi! I am greatly interested in this group we are a group of 10 adults and a 2 yr old toddler. This is my mothers dream and I will like to make it possible. Question is if the Pope is not in the Vatican we get our money back? And is there a maximun of people to take the tour?
