The tour operator arrived very late to meet us and then the tour guide was flat and disappointing.

Adi was a great help, really friendly. We were struggling to find things to do in our free time, so he helped us plan some excursions. Definitely would recommend to come visit here

This is a scam we payed for the 3 attentions u get about 30 minutes in the museum then left to defend 4 yourself to find the sistine Chapel then to be told by the tour guide that we were not allowed to visit St Peters basilica and he told us to request a refund for it when I contacted the supplier they denied my refund tbh I would book next time on the day there was lots of availability and shocking how much cheaper to get tickets at the attractions will definitely not use this service again everything eles at rome was beautiful would definitely recommend going 0 stars for this company there a scam

There were more than 10 of us on the tour meaning it earned over €550. On top of that I had to attend a tour at a different time because they hadn’t fully booked my one so they cancelled it.
You can’t criticise the Vatican or the Sistine chapel. They are amazing.
The female guide we had did know her stuff but she also thought she was extremely funny. She wasn’t.
If you can try and find a guided tour for around €30. They exist and on reflection having spoken to others sounded just as good when it comes to hearing the facts.

Excelente tour, lo recomiendo mucho, el guía era arquitecto con especialidad en historia y fue fantástico, explicó perfecto orígenes y su re-descubrimiento y limpieza del lugar, o qué hay, lo que ha sido, la verdad si te gusta entender el desarrollo del lugar este tour es ideal, ir sin entenderlo está ok pero si te explican es mil veces mejor! Me encantó!!!

Hi there - your Covid requirements mention that the passageway to st basilica is currently closed due to Covid. Can you please confirm if this is true till now? Your tour details mention that we are allowed in st basilica. I just bought this ticket and would like to confirm that I will get the full package i.e. - Vatican museum, Sistine chapel and St. Peter’s basilica. A response asap would be very much appreciated.

Yes!! The visit starts at Vaticano’s museum, than sistina and basilic. To go up at cupula, you should buy the elevator ticket (10 euro) inside the basilic. And the cupula’s last group finish at 16:30.
