Die Engelsburg ist sehr interessant. Das Ticket zu erhalten war sehr mühsam. Den Audioguide gab es nur identisch und Italinienisch auf dem Handy und war wenig hilfreich. Schade für dieses interessante Gebäude.

Lots of history and great views at the top, well worth the visit...but just don't buy you ticket with trip advisor because they will send you the wrong date then when you go to cancel it you can't because it tell you you will loss all your money as a cancellation fee and when you email them they say about the wrong ticket they will say it not them it's someone else deals with it then when you call the other people they say talk to trip advisor... again do not book anything with trip advisor

The audio guide on our phone app was not that easy to follow. We ended up not using it. It is an amazing place and worth the climb to the top. The cafe is good too!

Beautiful castle but I don’t recommend the audio tour. The directions were not clear at all. Tells you to go upstairs when they mean down then up, for example, so this was really confusing and led to me losing my place repeatedly. And some rooms in the guide weren’t accessible at all. The guide kept mispronouncing words (despite being English) and at one point read the wrong date that’s in the text. I ended up discovering other sections of the castle on my own cos I just gave up on the guide.

Die Engelsburg war unsere Lieblings Location in diesem Romurlaub.
Wir waren von der Burg, der Aussicht und der Ausstellung begeistert.
Alles klappte ganz einfach: App runter laden, Skip the line, E Ticket vorzeigen und auf geht's.
Bei unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Rom kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

The tour never commenced. We had to pay to purchase a real ticket at the gate. Also there is no skip the line. We are having issues with the refund. Do not book this at any cost.

Ich habe die Tour noch nicht gemacht, aber musste mich jetzt schon so viel mit Apps etc rumschlagen, dass ich schon keine Lust mehr auf die Tour habe. Wer keine Lust hat sich vorher unglaublich umständlich abzumühen bis er sein Ticket bekommt, der sollte diese Tour unbedingt vermeiden!
Kurzer Fun Fact: In dem Dokument was man erhält, wenn man auf "Ticket Download" oder "Ticket erhalten" (so genau weiß ich es gerade nichtmehr) klickt, steht als aller erstes, dass es sich dabei nicht um das Ticket handelt. Wo man es runterladen kann und welche App genau man installieren muss wird auch nicht beschrieben.
Die Mail die viel später kam klärt leider nicht wirklich auf. Andere Anbieter schaffen es ganz einfach das Ticket digital bereitzustellen, schade, dass man hier noch nicht so weit ist.
