We had so much fun at this cooking class! Easy to find meeting spot, quality drinks, quality chef instructions, plenty of equipment and time for people to learn and enjoy the cooking process, multiple options of dishes to choose from for your final meal with your pasta you made fresh, and the tiramasu turned out so good! Chef M was fantastic as well with his humor and helpful chefs eye.

That was wonderful 3 hours! Our guide into Italian cuisine was beautiful and petit Sonia! She is a master! She engaged with us fully and shared with us all the precious knowledge about pasta: helped, navigated and clearly explained all nuances. Now I know how to cook it by myself. Myriad of gratitudes!

Alessandra was amazing! She had been cooking with her grandma since the age of 5 so really knew her stuff. The class was lots of fun and she was very informative, we felt like we lived an authentic Italian experience! Would highly recommend this as she was attentive with each person to help them learn, and the food was incredible! Thank you Alessandra!

It was easy to find the location, and we were greeted warmly by Sonia, who would be our instructor. She was extremely personable and passionate and made the class a joy to be a part of. Everyone got involved and Sonia assisted where needed. She guided us through making tiramisu, fettuccine noodles, and ravioli, welcoming photos/videos and giving us breaks between things to enjoy drinks and mingle. She gave us tips on variations for the recipes and once we finished making our pasta, we chose from 4 sauces to eat with our fettuccine. The final product was delicious and the tiramisu was the perfect dessert. The 3 hours flew by very quickly and we came out with warm feelings. Highly recommend!

We took class 5/25 and it was great but never received recipes for what we made which was pasta,ravioli, and tiramasu

Where is the cooking class located? This will be our first time in Rome & need help figuring out when to book this class. We will explore around Colosseo area on the first day & Vatican City area on second day. Should we come on our first day/ second day? Thank you.

4:30 and we were there until almost 7:30. We happened to have a lovely couple dining it with us, so the meal was relaxing and fun and a bit longer if we had been eating by ourselves. The chef was fantastic and also lots of fun.
