Excellent tour with an excellent guide! We visited all the main sights of Rome as well as experienced the smaller streets and byways to see the uniqueness of Rome and its architecture over the years. Ivano was extremely knowledgeable and interesting! Roberta handled all my pre/trip questions an planning promptly and thoroughly. As a disabled person I was able to see everything up close as I never would have on another tour. This tour, however is great for everyone! Highly recommend!

One of the best ways to take a tour. We covered so much in one day. We went at a pace that was suitable for us. Some sites we stayed longer as we were more interested, some sites we moved on quickly from. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, he really tried to make sure we saw everything and we understood everything. The inside knowledge from someone who grew up here in Rome meant we got a deeper experience. All of us love the tour and had plenty of fun. This should first thing in the agenda for anyone visiting Rome

We did the 7 hour golf cart tour and it was Amazing!!! Ivano was so insightful and knows Rome so well. We were in Italy for almost 3 weeks and this was one of the highlights of our visit. We will never forget the day we spent with Ivano. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Ivano was the perfect host and an incredible tour guide. Not really a guide as we became friends within the first 1 km.
We had a great time and saw many things off the typical tourist path.
He have a great personality and a true appreciation for the lovely city of Roma.

This was AMAZING and well worth the money! Ivano is an incredibly spirited and knowledgeable tour guide that was a joy to be around. Without a doubt the best way to get an overview of Rome's history in a day. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and Rome first timers so this was perfect! He left us much more knowledgeable, bellies full, and hearts happy - in true Roman fashion. Grazie mille, Ivano!

We really enjoyed our golf cart tour of Rome with Driver’s Guide Service. We were fortunate to have the owner, Ivano, lead our group of 6. It was a fun day, beginning at 9 with a pickup at our hotel. He drove us through the historical center, offering commentary and stopping at several places that we would not have gone on our own as well as large sites like the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Piazza Navona.
We opted for the full day tour with lunch in a private home which was a lot of fun and a very good meal, too! After lunch, we continued our tour seeing the outside of the Colosseum, the Forum, Circus Maximus, etc before being returned to our hotel about 4:30.
Ivano was a wonderful guide and was very open to what we wanted to see and where we wanted to go. Since we had scheduled an underground tour of the Colosseum for the next day, we opted not to get out there but rather do a drive-by. He is a lifelong Roman and very knowledgeable.
We had 6 people in our group and the max he can take in one cart is 7. My husband and I have been to Rome many times but have never done a tour like this. The tour was my sister’s idea and worked especially well as my BIL is scheduled for knee surgery a week after we return home. They were able to see so much with no effort. It was super fun to be (literally) carted around from place to place. I’m used to walking a lot on trips to Europe,but have to admit this tour was the perfect way to give an overview to my sisters and BIL!
Highly, highly recommend this company; with luck you might get Ivano and his adorable son who also gives tours.

We booked 2 full days with DGS, money well spent! Ivano was polite, knowledgeable, and passionate. We laughed and soaked up the history of the many places that we saw while with him! We dined like locals at the restaurants that he suggested and loved them all! The golf cart tour on day 1 was a blast, we were able to access many incredible side streets. We were just coming off of a cruise, he picked us up at the port managed our large amount of luggage, helped us with our apartment, and continued on for a fabulous day. This is the 6th trip we have spent with DGS hosting different guests, we would not book with anyone else.
I would highly recommend DGS, Roberta, and Ivano!

This was the highlight of our trip to the Mediterranean! I am so glad that we booked this trip instead of relying only on the cruise company short excursions. We had an excellent day in Rome! Our driver, Onofrio, was very knowledgable and he shared the history of Rome as he drove us though all the highlights. We let him know at the beginning of the day what we were interested in seeing and he made sure it happened. We had lunch at a local market with so many options. Onofrio also took us to the best espresso in Italy. Not only did they have the best coffee (which I took home), but the most amazing baristas. When we told others on our cruise about our trip, they were jealous. We came back energized and full of stories with pictures, while most of our cruisemates who took cruise company excursions just looked exhausted after spending a whole day in Rome

We visited the beautiful city of Roma today with our guide Ivanno. He was knowledgeable, informative and knew every precise piece of history and culture throughout the city. He is very customer service driven and took very good care of us.
We were able to visit Mamma Allegro’s for a home cooked traditional Italian lunch that was full of amazing food, Prosecco and Lemoncello and great conversation.
If you are looking for a tour guide in Italy - look no further and book today. Our friends used Ivanno 4 years ago and recommended him because of their unbelievable experience — we are so glad they shared this gem!
