They actually deserve negative stars. I bought tickets online, went where they said to go to pick up the tickets, and no one was there so we didn't get the tickets. I've contacted them twice to get a refund and no response. Don't use this company unless you want to throw away your money.

This is a SCAM!!! Buyer beware! They don’t give you the ticket you have to pick up the tickets. There is very little line at castel even during peak hours. It would take more time to travel across the city 20 minutes to pick up the tickets from there pick up point. Plus it’ costs 3x as much than just going there and buying the ticket at the castel.

We bought these tickets in advance so we could visit the castel on a specific date that we would be in Rome. As we were walking towards the ticket collection point near the castel on the day, we were informed via email that there were no tickets available for that day and we could only get tickets for a different day, despite already paying for and having confirmation for tickets for that day. Recommend not booking through this company or app. Book direct or with someone else!!! We ended up with nothing to do that day, completely ruined the whole day in Rome.

The Experience was amazing seeing the history and the views surrounding the castel. Takes a good couple of hours or more to go around every part that’s open and to read each information board.
Only downfall was the company we booked with via Tripadvisor. Hardly respond to emails sent to them, they did send our tickets via email saving us a long walk to their office and back which was the only good thing. They did overcharge us a good £20-30. As the tickets had the actual price on them when sent them.
Never used Tripadvisor before so thought was a genuine ticket company that is linked to the attraction, but I think they just purchase it then send it to you, which if I knew I would have looked somewhere else.

Stressed out trying to get the tickets.
After I had paid the money for the tour with Tour of italy which I could not cancel.I was told I had to collect at their office which would have been a forty minute return trip from Castle’santangelo .
I rang them up from England and told me we would send me the tickets but only on requesting them by e mail 2 days before the date of the tour.
I don’t mind going to the tour venue and validating the ticket but to go 40 minutes out of my way is ridiculous .
I am on holiday not an a courier for my tickets.
Then have to ask for my tickets again after I have paid for them.

hello, we wrote lots of things, first thing checks well then post your opinion, please. you booked only a ticket so where you booked the tour? then it was written cleary in the tour description and also in your voucher you have to collect your ticket to the meeting address. so it's not our fault or we don't know how could you come to us to collect your entry ticket, this is the company rules and system so everyone following always this rules, so your feedback relly not means what you thinking about us and the service, company restriction always same for all the travelers and I hope you understand the explanation, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this tour, but I absolutely loved it. So much history in this building. Very cool building. The building and grounds are easy t tour and the site provides a lot of written information throughout. Probably my favorite tour in Rome. Also a bonus is the amazing views from the roof top!!!

Casteel is zeker een aanrader. Maar niet voor deze prijs heb 60 euro betaald terwijl ze daar samen 26 euro zouden zijn via TripAdvisor is te duur
