We had an unbelievable tour of the Vatican with Diana! She was so knowledgeable and personable. She truly made the experience memorable. I highly recommend!

It was imperative to skip the line. The tour itself is very helpful too. It can be hot in the summer so have a hat and stay hydrated. I recommend it…….

Disappointed! The tour started great, straight into the Vatican, we then stood for over 30 mins while the lady talked about the Sistine chapel which we understood due to there supposedly being silence in the chapel, the tour guide then proceeded to stomp through the Vatican getting too far away so we couldn't hear through the earpiece as it broke up, she stopped outside to talk some more in the blazing heat and then off she went again, we actually completely lost her on a few occasions and I gave up with the earpiece, the whole thing felt rushed and we wanted to stop and look at things, I stopped following her as I wanted to view the beautiful things there. We caught up at the chapel but the whole thing felt really rushed which was really disappointing for us, other tour guides seemed to be stopping regularly letting people look and take photos. She never stopped to check if we were all with her. I wish we had just gone ourselves and not bothered with the tour.

Claudia was the perfect guide, she was well informed and knew the subject matter and made the tour interesting and a bit of fun. We covered a lot and she was very comprehensive.

Les sites sont superbes et intéressants mais les visites sont gâchées par l'organisation de l'agence billetterie, les cohortes de touristes entassés dans les salles, la chaleur suffocante et la gestion des visites par la guide qui s'est trop attardées ur certains points ce qui nous a fait rater une bonne partie du musée.

Pésima esta compañía "crown tours" puesto que tuvimos un retraso por motivo del transporte y no pudieron darnos una solución tan siquiera de darnos otro lugar más tarde como en otros tours al contrario si quieres ir al tour paga otra vez, cerrados hasta la pared de enfrente y por supuesto tuve que pagar otra vez 70 € esto es un robo y otra lo que fue pésimo.

The tour almost look like a scam, because we skipped the line of course, but they charged you more than the triple of the normal ticket price. The guide was good, able to handle a very large group. For the price we have been charged, it would be expected at least to have the audio guide as well.

Quando entri ai Musei Vaticani non hai abbastanza occhi per riempirli di immagini e sensazioni uniche,sei dentro la storia,dimentichi chi sei e ti senti piccolo piccolo.Con una guida eccezionale come Alba tutto è bello,importante e pieno di significati.
