Everything Topbike provided was top notch. They could not have done anything better. The weather was a little rough, but that is uncontrollable. If you enjoy the outdoors, biking and new experiences this tour is for you.

A must do when visiting Rome. Had a beautiful day with our knowledgeable guide. To fully appreciate the Apian Way and walk where those in history had was really special. Well worth it.

We had an energetic, empathetic and very well organised guide, Ximena, who made sure everyone was safe and our group stayed together.
This was a tour of fascinating historical sites where we stopped and listened to Ximena tell us about the site’s context and importance.
On the visit to the catacombs of St Callisto we had a guide employed by that site. The catacombs were fascinating and thought provoking.
Cycling down part of the Appian Way and through the Aquaduct Park were particular highlights.
All the Bike Tour company staff we met were warm, welcoming, professional and multi lingual. The bikes were great; easy to ride with powerful e-assist if needed. Helmets and a bottle of water were provided. Safety was emphasised repeatedly and our guide took excellent care of our group.
There was a lunch stop for pizza. We brought a picnic.

Our family of 4 adults did an extended version of this tour which they only offer periodically - we rode the Appian Way to Castel Gandolfo Lake - you can see this one on their website. We do a lot of riding as a family, so we wanted a longer tour route than the usual. This tour was by far the highlight of our trip to Rome. Klaas, our guide, was fun to ride with and had a vast range of knowledge of history of the area. We stopped at many historical sites along the ride and learned so much history of the area. The route that they planned was low traffic and very scenic. The bikes were all in great condition and worked perfectly. I had never ridden an e-bike before and they were a lot of fun and made the tour so much easier. Klaas also took some awesome photos! This tour company was super organized and I definitely recommend them.

Outstanding off-the-beaten path tour showcasing parts of Rome you will never see from a car or walking. Our E-bike tour was a highlight of our family’s holiday vacation. Anything that has 4 teen siblings smiling and laughing for four hours (with parents in tow) is a winner excursion. Our guide Francesca was passionate about sharing her love of history old and new and patient with all guests answering questions and stopping as needed. The four-hour tour was perfection start to finish!

This was a great route. Our guide did a great job of pacing the trip and making sure everyone got through intersections safely, etc.

This is a fantastic way to see really cool parts of Roman history outside the city center. We are so glad we added on the catacombs tour and enjoyed spending the day easily riding e-bikes out of the city and into the country along the Appian Way and then the amazing Roman aqueducts. Incredible. Thanks Zak! We also enjoyed getting to stop briefly for pizzas as a quick lunch! Great day riding in 30-50 degree weather with the family.
