Bad experience ruined my day, but the problem was solved eventually
这趟行程浪费了我们1个小时的时间，沟通困难。不过最终客服解决了这个问题。 以下详细的评论全部为英文评论： We booked a tour to skip the line, but they told me it’s late when we arrived 3 minutes in advance than the indicated time. They told us on the website it is written: Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the schedule time of your tour to avoid any delays. However, it does not mean that we are obligated to arrive at 20 minutes in advance. This is just a suggestion, to avoid any possible delay. NOT A COMPULSORY RÉGULATION. They said we have to pay 21 EURO/person to re-active the the ticket ?? What does this mean? We arrived on time but need to pay extra. Then I complained to the company, they eventually said it is ok for reschedule us to next trip without extra charge. So the suggestion is that: either be here at least 20 minutes in advance to avoid all these trouble , meaning: reschedule your trip in Vatican. Or try another way / company to buy the ticket. I wanted to score 1 star only, but the people who took care of the complain over phone call was actually very kind and solved the problem. So 3 stars no more.

We didn’t get in
The instructions about having to meet someone to get a voucher were not clear at all . We had not booked a group tour. No one at the location was helpful and we couldn’t get in touch with anyone at Tripadvisor . So we didn’t even get in to see the Sistine Chapel. Our time in Rime was limited so we didn’t even have the opportunity to reschedule

Great and very quick

Really easy to find and although the ticket / skip the line office was busy, the queue moved quickly, and then we bypassed the main queue and we’re in the museum within 30 minutes of arriving. Really good service.

Not completely organized and paid too much

There was a lot of waiting around while they tried to gather everyone up. It would have been easier to just take small groups but that meant more walking for them.
Also next time I would not have wasted my money when we went at 6. There was no line anyway by than so I paid $15 more just to have them get the tickets a little faster rather than me wait in line myself. If going earlier in the day when there was a line to get in. Than it would be a better deal.

You are paying for someone to walk you 3 min inside. Just get the ticket directly from the Vatican .

Upgraded to guided tour

We booked fast track but opted to upgrade to the guided tour. I am so glad we did. Our guide Marco was brilliant you can’t see everything in one day and it was extremely hot in Rome. He told us lots of great facts and kept us laughing. If you haven’t given him a raise yet you really should pope guy was sweating along with us in the sun.
Can’t say enough good things about the guided tour. We had a couple of “Karen’s” in the group but Marco acted very professionally throughout.

Great Ticketing for Skiping 2 Hours+ Queing Line

Hi, it is great that you had this ticket available for just slightly more expensive. Else, we will have to wait at the line for more than 2 hours which is not worth it.

This is the great ticketing system.

Absolutely horrendous experience using this service, couldn't locate booking office as it was down a tiny street and Google maps was of no use due to coverage, we eventually got a taxi to bring us there but we were late as traffic is so busy in the city. When we reached the office we were told that we had missed our slot and that was that, we had booked skip the queue not a guided tour BTW. When I asked the man if anything could be done I was told not and that I was in a foreign country whatever that's supposed to mean, he was incredibly rude and dismissive, and offered no way to see if he could accommodate us, he then told my husband that 5 other groups had missed their "slot" with that time so I'm sure that he could of tried to make accomodations for us in the next group or could even bothered to try. He said it clearly states that if you are late you forfeit your tickets on the booking, if it does it's nowhere I can find it in the booking information emailed to me or on the website. It ruined our entire holiday as we didn't have another 140 euro to get tickets elsewhere. Skip the queue tickets are available everywhere around the Vatican I certainly wouldn't chance getting my money taking by this this company again

Very good ticket option for family

It was efficiently run. Office easy to find. Employee walked us from the office to the museum door. Friendly staff.
Only negative thing: they tried to make me upgrade to a guided tour for 25€ per person extra saying it will reduce wait times for rooms. That was not necessary as tours were stuck in queues inside the museum too and we would have missed Raffael rooms otherwise.
Important: bring a shoulder covering if wearing strappy top.

Pricey, but totally worth it
It's almost mandatory to go to Vatican city with skip the line tickets. The lines are huge and under the warm Italian sun, so totally not recommendable.
With this ticket, you go to a meeting point close to the entrance of Vatican museums and when it's your time you go all together to the real ticket office of Vatican museums, where they'll give you the tickets to get to the museum. After this point you are free to go all by yourself and take as much time as you need.
ATTENTION: they will try to make you upgrade to a guided tour with the argument that your ticket doesn't include St. Peter's basilica and that you'll have to leave the museum to go to a huge line to get to the basilica. We didn't want a guided tour since we want to see the museums by ourselves. Also, in the exit of the museum, there's a way to St. Peter's basilica and you have no line, you can get straight there, since the entrance is free.
