Don’t get scammed like us. As we left the train station we were picked up by a seemingly nice man who claimed to work for the Vatican. He did not! he took us to a sketchy looking office and told us we had to book now. we were surrounded by shouting people and under the stressful situation we caved as he had told us we wouldn’t get in without a ticket. €158 later the tour guide was rude telling my mum ‘don’t moan and whine’ when she asked why we had to queue if we had skip the line tickets! Once we were passed security we were told we had to use the toilets now or we wouldn’t be able to for 2 hours in a very condescending tone. after this we decided to leave the tour and make our own way round. Turns out there are toilets all an over museum so there was no need to talk to us like a group of 10 year olds on a school trip. The museum and Sistine chapel were nice but ruined slightly by paying €158 for nothing. We had also been told that we would not be able to get into St Peter’s square without out ticket ( one of the reasons we caved and brought the tickets) turns out it’s free and anyone can walk into St Peter’s Square. Overall. we paid well over £137 for absolutely nothing. Absolute con!

It was the peak of the touring season so the crowds were heavy with tourists just like us. Our tickets on my phone weren't enough because they didn't display the bar code so there was "a hassle" to finally get in line. We didn't expect the tour would take us through the entire Vatican Museum. It's a great tour, just too long. We were anxious to see the Sistine Chapel and then told NOT to take pictures once we realized we were there - really disappointing. (So many beautiful ceilings throughout, I had to focus on recognizable painted scenes to identify where we actually were.)

Our guide to get us in kindly waited for our remaining family members that had to park the car. Well worth the money since we only had a short time in Rome and didn’t want a tour guide

1,this was the most TERRIBLE tour ever they made us wait in line for an hour even though we booked the skip the line tickets. this tour is a complete scam and nobody should ever go on it. The guides are terrible and we arrived 15 minutes early and they left after and 1 hour. This tour is COMPLETELY TERRIBLE.

First of all we are so sorry for the discomfort but the line wich you waited for its the line for the people who have already a reservation in that case you and the other people who also made a reservation. In summer time it's pretty obvious that in of the most popular place of Rome will be busy.
And There are some rules to go in we cannot just walk in.
We'll like to know the problem that you had with the tour guide to clarify the misunderstanding caused.

Are train was delayed getting in to Rome from Venice and 3 hour cushion that we allowed our selves to get to our Hotel and drop our bags before our scheduled meeting time of 4:30 went from 3 hours to exactly 30 mints when we pulled in to the station. As we grabbed a taxi and hastily dropped our bags at the Best Western Plus near the station we had very little time to make it all the way the the meeting point near the Vatican Museum entrance. I was able to text with a tour company staff member explaining our situation and that we were desperately trying ti get there from the can. We were a few minutes late but he was able to gets is in with the next group going to the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. We really appreciate how the company rolled with us and allowed us to see one of the greatest works of art in the western world.

Everything was as described , they are very well organized, we were welcomed as soon as we arrived at the office, we were given what was promissed- skip the line provided and entrance to the Vatican on time. Thank you!

Perfekt med ”skip the line” biljetter. Man kan gå dit man vill och fotografera där man önskar utan att behöva koncentrera sig på vart någon guide är..

We began looking for tickets last minute (one week before), so options were limited. We just wanted to have tickets without having to wait in line in person. Essentially, you're paying a premium to not have to wait in line, which for us was worth it. Unbeknownst to us, there was a guide for the Vatican museum portion, which was nice (although a tour guide for the Sistine Chapel would've been better). Also, we were actually 10 minutes late, but they were nice enough to get us through to the group still without trouble/delay. Overall, I would recommend.

It was easy to find the place to meet up before heading to the Vatican museum. The prices were fair. The most important part was that they were on time, we didn't need to wait more than 30 minutes.
We got in right away to the vatican museum, although I didn't see much of a line elsewhere; maybe it was the time of the day 2:30pm.
Once inside, they get general tickets that cost 17 euros and hand it to you and off you go to explore by yourself.
Notice that all tours/tickets say vatican museum and sistine chapel, but you only need only one ticket for both places.

Simple and fast.
We got to the designated location and within 15 min we were inside the museum. We bought tickets without guide so I cannot comment on the quality of of the guides
