Fred was a super host and the risotto he prepared for us was fabulous. He provided us a wonderful experience and we all learned the correct way to prepare our pasta dishes. We all went out and bought pasta rollers! We loved it!

We would highly recommend this experience. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. Our host, Fred taught us authentic pasta dishes that were authentic. Would highly suggest doing this while in Bologna.

De kookles bij Chef Frederico echt ontzettend leuk! Zowel om meer te leren over de echte Italiaanse keuken, heerlijke pasta te eten en nieuwe mensen te ontmoeten! De wijn en de Ragú waren absoluut geweldig:) Ik heb veel gelachen en vrienden gemaakt!

We scheduled the Frederico class as soon as we decided to visit Bologna - as one of the food capitals in Italy we found this the perfect opportunity to learn how to make the true fresh pasta. If you are still wondering if you should or not book this class, trust me: YOU SHOULD!
Unfortunately for Frederico (and fortunately for us), only me and my boyfriend showed up out of a group of 8 people and, even with the rest of the group missing, Fred gave us the class.
From the coziness of his own home we were greeted with fine wines and immediately started to cook our amazing lunch: tortelloni, tagglietelle a ragu and, to finish perfectly, an amazing tiramissu!
It was so much fun and one of the best experiences so far. I absolutely loved it and I can’t wait to get home to start cooking this amazing fresh pasta!
Once again, thank you so much Frederico!!! ☺️

Great evening with Chef Fred. Made delicious food, learnt a lot and met lovely people in the class. Definitely recommend.

I booked the tour 6 weeks in advanced and paid. This was for our honeymoon and we were really excited.
I got a WhatsApp out of the blue saying the experience was fully booked now and there was nothing they could do.
So unprofessional and disappointing.
Zero stars

good review...first it will be deleted anyway so u just wasted time to type since you cant review what you dont partecipate it in...genius!
If class was full what can I do? should I cancel other people since was your honeymoon as you asked me?!??

A very fun and enjoyable afternoon. Frederico is very authentic and knowledgeable. They taught us two different pastas and we shared them for lunch with tirimasu.

A 2.5-3 hr class that gives you a taste of the food that originated in Bologna! Whilst there was no aperitivo/pizza to begin with as mentioned in description, it was certainly not needed as the food we prepared filled us up! A constant supply of wine was provided and each of my group got to try at making two types of pasta. We then dined and tried our creations included a Tiramisu prepared by us too. Definitely worth it!

Hi, it was a lesson only for me because he did not have a group that day and I was about to leave, it took about 2,5 hrs including the lunch, but if it is with more people it last longer. Explanations were excellent, I really enjoyed and reccomend Federico.
