    Avec un audioguide en Français ce serait le TOP

    Le tour est intéressant, mais l'audioguide en Français serait un plus, des commentaires en talien au micro ne sont pas présents sur l'audioguide même en Anglais. Il est vrai que les Français sont très rares dans cette ville le dernier avis Francais datait de 2019. Le stop de une heure proposé à Miramar est à déconseiller car trop court. Il faut y passer la journée, prendre le bus 6 en ville c'est 1,40€ l'aller et vous pouvez y passer la journée à visiter le château, le parc etc..

    Best Way to Find the Hidden Gems of this City

    This is such an easy way tog et around and see the city. Lots to see in Trieste and this is the way to find some of the hidden gems. Great value for money and staff are very friendly and helpful.

    Not what you‘d expect from a hop on hop off tour.
    Poorly organized. Intervals between the buses are far too long. Whats even worse: you have to reserve your seats when you hop off the bus. You won‘t be able to get onto another bus from the same company. You have to wait until the exact same one shows up again.

    Absurd service from a hop on/ hop off bus.

    We tried along with two other couples to get on the bus at the properstop, but when we flagged it down it started to pull in but then took off without stopping. We all then went to the other side of the street and flagged it down again as it came back the other way. It at least stopped this time but the young lady told us we couldn't get on as it was full (it was at least half empty, then said as we hadn't made a reservation we couldn't get on) she then closed the door and the bus drove off. There was no mention of a reservation on the brochure we had been given.

    If you only have ONE day in Trieste, try HopTour!

    We had one full day in Trieste after disembarking from our cruise ship and travelling onward. If you only have one day, the HopTour is an ideal way to get an overview of Trieste in a compact time frame. The sound system was quite good for our group, and the information provided in the audio was extensive and enlightening.

    We pretty much stayed on the bus throughout the tour, and got TONS of hints for 'save for later' visits to Italy. However, if you want to take pictures, I strongly recommend you get off the bus to do so - don't worry, because another HopTour bus will be along shortly!

    Good but need more buses

    Great trip seeing all the sights , unfortunately not really able to hop on hop off due to large gaps in pick up times 1:30 or 1:20 was too long to wait at a stop as although it was good not that much to see . Should be more buses for a true hop on hop off experience.

    An enjoyable introduction

    Well organised & an enjoyable way to get introduced to a new city.
    Audio slurred a few times & it would have been nice to have more than one piece of music when there was no commentary.
    These are minor issues, however.

    Great tour

    I'm adding my voice to those who rated this highly. The audio guide was timed well. I hopped off at the Miramare Castle and the 1.5 hour gap worked out well for this site - the guide told us exactly when the next bus was and there was a sign at the stop. One note: I bought a ticket through TripAdvisor, which was $17.23. The HopTour site sold them for EUR14. Not a big deal, but still...

    Very useful to get a feel for Trieste
    I wanted to get an overview of the city so I could spot which locations I wanted to visit more in depth by foot and on my own. The bus was very clean and gave me time to hop off then back on to visit St. Giulio cathedral and area. I suggest to reserve online as it got full for those who bought tickets in person.
