I took a chance on this company and I'm glad I did because we had a great experience with them. Luca the company owner made the communication and transaction online very easy and secure.
Our driver Nunzio for this trip contacted us a day before our trip and arrived on time to pick us up. He spoke English well and explained to us how the trip wil go for the rest of the day. He talked about the history of the region we were visiting and also talked about the places we were seeing on the road. We visited 3 out of the 5 towns and opted to take the ferry to visit each towns.The time we spent on each town was just enough to see the sights and still enjoy extra time to sit and have a meal/snack. Our driver Nunzio not only acted as our driver but also took photos of us as a family. He also arranged a restaurant for us in Vernazza to have a lunch with a water view.
Overall, our experience with this company was very good and definitely worth the money we spent. I would definitely recommend this company and looking forward to making more tours with them in the near future.

Tommaso was a really friendly guide. He explained and communicated the plans of the day in detail so that we were able to navigate the ferries easily. The views were stunning on this tour and Tommaso took some amazing Family photos for us. The ferry did come 10mins earlier than the times said but luckily we were there early. It left just as we got on so people who came at the time it said it would leave missed it so be early for this.

The trip from Florence to Cinque Terre was amazing! Our guide, Tomasso is incredibly personable and knowledgeable about the region. As a Florence local, he has a tremendous amount of knowledge about the multitude of cities we passed through on the way to Cinque Terre. Once there, he was well connected with the locals leading to a fantastic lunch with panoramic ocean views. I would highly recommend the tour and consider yourself lucky if you get Tomasso as your guide!

We had an excellent day at Cinque Terre. Our driver Tommaso was brilliant. He was friendly & knowledgeable. He gave us lots of interesting information, took some lovely family pictures & was an excellent driver. He also showed us some lovely spots. I was worried about being able to navigate the different towns but Tommaso gave us clear information and provided more assistance than I had expected- which was greatly appreciated. Theres no way we could’ve have seen this area on our own. And this private tour was much better than a big group for our family.

What an amazing day. We were fortunate to have Tomasso as our guide for a memorable trip from Florence to Cinque Terre. Tomasso is a native Tuscan, and extremely well versed in the history of Tuscany and Cinque Terre. After a pleasant drive to the coast we began our trek in Manarola. We then ferried to Vernazza (cost not included, about €25) where we enjoyed a fine lunch booked in advance overlooking the sea (lunch is not included, and while the food was good you will pay tourist prices). It's important to be aware, you will be on your own to get the ferry in Vernazza to travel to Monterosso al Mare as your guide has to get back to Manarola to get the van and drive the pickup point in Monterosso. But don't be dissuaded, it is not hard to figure out at all. After the second ferry, there's an hour or so to enjoy the somewhat larger town of Monterosso. From there, a trip over the mountains and back to the highway to Florence.
The trip was fantastic and Tomasso was so extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable that he made a great day special. We enjoyed our time with him immensely! All in all, a highlight of our trip.

While in Florence, we booked two private day tours (Cinque Terre/Pisa and San Gimignano/Siena with lunch at a Chianti winery) with Let’s Andiamo Tours, and we also booked both airport transfers through them. Luca was a wonderful tour guide. His van was roomy and clean. He was very knowledgeable and personable. You could tell he enjoys meeting people and teaching them about the region. The Chianti winery lunch was incredible! Nunzio picked us up from the airport and was prompt and so very helpful with all of our luggage. Edson took us back to the airport, and gave us the same wonderful service. Do not hesitate to book a tour or airport transfer with them! We will certainly call them net time we are in Florence!

We had a wonderful time! Our guide, Nunzio was very friendly and knowledgeable. The private lunch he set up on the sea was perfect! Food and staff were fantastic.

Nunzio was a fabulous tour guide and Chauffeur. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area he was taking us to. He gave us a lot of recommendations that gave us a great experience.

We loved Nunzio he was very knowledgeable and taught us so much about the Cinque Terre. We loved hearing about the history of the towns we passed on the drive there. He made us feel like we were with an Uncle! I highly recommend him for any tour.

There was no extra charge to stop in Pisa, however, the price you pay is less time in the Cinque Terre Villages and the possibility of seeing fewer villages as a trade off so that you have enough time.

Usually the stop in Pisa is an extra time and mileage and therefore it includes an extra charge, occasionally depending on the weather, roads or sea conditions we may suggest Pisa as an alternative last stop. We do the best to meet your expectations by the way a last minute addition during the day is not always a request we can satisfy, so if possible plan in advance.

Hello Kelly most of shops and restaurants in Cinque Terre are open everyday at least until November. In the low seasons fewer but there are always some shops opening and definetly some restaurants are always opened all year round ..Luca

Dear Francy, thank you for your interest in our tour. The tour is priced per party, up to three participants and 4 to 8 as a different rate. As far as possible we try to make little adjustments to the tour to customize it to your expectations, of course within the conditons and the possibilities. Regarding your request of having sunset in Cinque Terre, I believe it is probably a good idea to stay in Cinque Terre for one or two nights, a late departure tour qould be nice but is technically unfeasible. As someone else answered correctly this it is not an hiking tour, by the way many clients chose to do a 2 hours' hike on their own between the villages, so in those cases we have been helpinig help them with the planning and picking them up at the location they prefer. Please let me know if you neeed more info.
