Violetta was a wonderful , informative , easy to talk to guide . Her knowledge varied from historical to modern ..We saw old cathederals , movie star villas and James Bond movie Scenes .if you only have a short time in Lake Como , this tour is what you need to see as much as you can .

It feels like I was scammed by a tour company. It's hard to book Villa Valbianello, and I applied for a tour to see this place comfortably. But I could't go there on the day of tour. This tour is a non-refundable product once you make a reservation. Unlike the advertisement, the tour company does not take me to Villa Valbianello and changes the tour schedule as the tour compant wanted. The guide unilaterally called the evening before the the tour and informed me that there was a wedding at Villa Valbianello, rescheduling it. The tour company must have known the contents in advance, and if the contents of the tour are different, of course you have to refund it to the customer. If you don't, this a scam. It's not worth the $248 tour.

The trip was truly amazing and our tour was incredible! Violetta was not only knowledable she was a lot of fun to be with.

Cannot recommend this tour enough. Our guide Violetta was fantastic and we had a lovely group of 7. If you want a taster of Lake Como this is a great way to start your trip. The villa was stunning and Violetta provided great information on the area and the history of lake como. She also gave us tips on how to navigate the trickiness of the ferry system and tips on other things to do during our stay. Everything was seamless and relaxing, even boarding the ferry was great as she knew how to get us the best seats on the boat. There is a fair bit of walking, I think about 15000 steps so wear comfortable shoes. 10/10

My wife and I took a tour of Lake Como and had an unforgettable experience visiting Bellagio and Villa del Balbianello. Our tour guide, Violetta, was outstanding! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic, making the entire trip so fun. Violetta's passion for the area and her insight brought the beautiful sights to life. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lake Como. Thank you, Violetta, for a fantastic day!

This tour was the best thing during our Lake Como trip. It was a hot day and just being on the water was nice, and the towns along the lake were so beautiful. The hydrofoil boat ride was a plus (less time on the boat, more time for the tour). The Villa and Bellagio were breathtaking. Our tour guide was Violetta and she was sweet and fun, and spoke perfect English. She knew where to stop to take our photos. She reserved a table for us for lunch in Bellagio with a beautiful ocean view. I highly recommend this tour if you are visiting Como / Lake Como, and I hope you get Violetta. Also, it's nice to be on a tour that does not have more than 8 people so you can be close to the tour guide.

Wonderful small group tour with our guide Violetta who provided great insights into the Lake Como area, its culture and its people. We took a minibus to Bellagio as the fast ferry wasn’t working and this provided a different aspect going through the villages on that side of the Lake and learning more about each place.
We then had a great guided tour of Bellagio which, having been there before 2 days prior, enabled us to discover parts of this beautiful small town that we hadn’t previously seen.
We then went on the public ferry across the Lake to a very busy Lenno where Violetta expertly ensured that we were able to grab a quick bite to eat notwithstanding a rather formidable proprietor!
We then made our way to the iconic Villa del Balbianello and Violetta provided wonderful insights into the Villa its history and how it was bequeathed to the National Trust, and of course the Star Wars and James Bond famous scenes.
A 20 minute walk back into Lenno to catch the ferry to Como with Violetta ensuring that we got to see the other magnificent Villas and other places of interest along the way.
We thought the tour was well paced and the time really did fly by (11.15 to 7.30pm approx.). This tour is ideal for those who are happy being on their feet and keen to get expert insights into the many sights and places along the way.
In contrast, we did a larger group tour 2 days prior and whilst that was OK you were left to wander around on your own and as a consequence did not see as much as we could have done,

We just had the two of us on the tour. The ferry ride is not long at all.. if i remember it was about 35 min. Violetta is amazing. Best tour guide we had. I would strongly reccomend this tour.
