I’m giving this 5 stars only because I can’t give 6 or 7. We had the loveliest day with Ornella and were actually very sad to leave her. She is warm and funny and completely charming. You will feel at home in her beautiful home the minute you arrive. The food was delicious but the experience went well beyond the food. Luckily for us we may have the opportunity to meet up with her again soon. I cannot recommend her enough. Look no further

We were educated and cooked Milan legacy food: risotto, ossobuco, pasta and a chocolate cake. Clara is warm and professional, atmosphere at her home is very nice, warm and cozy, you feel and experience the Italian kitchen. At the end we had a really tasty launch with fine wine. Definitely I recommend this cooking class.

I had spent a lot of time researching Cooking Classes in Milan and I absolutely understand and endorse Clara being Rated No 1.
In my research, I had a lot of questions as I had seen reviews on other companies where people's experience wasn't great. Clara's communication back and forth to me was prompt. clear and so helpful. She even managed to accommodate the Menu that we most desired to learn and experience during the class.
In Clara's home, there were 4 of us (2 couples) and it worked perfectly.
We first prepared Pizza Dough and Ragu (which Clara had learned in Bologna). Then we had a Coffee and Amaretti Biscuit while Clara told us about why Italian Coffee is unique. We then went on to prepare our Tagliatelle from scratch which Clara learned from her Grandmother and was such a wonderful experience. We chatted and Clara gave us little tidbits of info on Italy while we prepared our Veal Milanese (Cotoletta alla Milanese), made Tiramisu and completed our Pizzas and Tagliatelle dishes,
When all was cooked, we had Prosecco with Pizza before taking our seats around the table and enjoying the food and wine with Clara and her husband Fabio. We chatted and enjoyed the delicious food and drink. We left so well fed that we didn't need another meal that day! And Clara even gave us our leftovers to take away with us.
Overall, I cannot praise Clara's Cooking Class enough!! It was genuinely the highlight of our trip to Milan as, to me, it really was such an authentic Italian experience of cooking, eating and drinking, We look forward to cooking her recipes at home! Thanks Clara!

We truly enjoyed the Southern Italy Menu Cooking Class. It was a fantastic experience that led to a very delicious outcome. Clara was very kind and nice with us. We laughed a lot and gained useful tips from such a great chef teacher like Clara. The cooking class has a wide range of menus and accommodates each and every taste (including vegetarian and gluten free options). Regardless of how good you are in cooking, you would definitely want to take this class that enriches your cultural and food experience in Italy. We learned a lot from Clara and we feel more motivated than ever to make a difference in the kitchen ♥️ Wholeheartedly recommend this class and we will also enrol to another menu in the very near future.

I really need to thank Clara for the experience she has given us. It was my fiancé’s birthday in Milan and we decided to book a private cooking class. I got in touch with Clara just after we booked our flight to see if she was available in that morning. During all those email communication, Clara has already shown her kindness and friendliness to us, willing to offer the best of Italian cooking experience. What was more awesome on that day was that she started with a warm welcome to us, a brief introduction about Italian cuisine and told us how to cook. It was my first time to cook and Clara was very willing to teach me. My fiancé was impressed by Clara’s teaching and enjoyed very much throughout the class as she kept on making fun from cooking. We had a wonderful lunch together, with her and her husband. My fiancé said that it was her best birthday ever, with a good memory and of course an Italian cooking certificate. Thank you Clara!

We had a wonderful time prepping, cooking and eating lunch. Traditional Milanese dishes, advice on ingredients, good company and wine. Made 4 dishes including dessert. Wish we had time to do more classes.

We had a great time with Clara and the other participants. Clara took us to the market, to choose the ingredients to lunch together. Than we stood all in the private kitchen, and had a great time. Very professional, traditional, and authentic. Delicious food!, we set together with Clara and her husband for great lunch. My visitors and I had a truly wonderful experience with Clara's cooking class. The class is intimate and in Clara's kitchen, which adds a feeling like the skills and dishes you learn can actually be transferrable to your own! Clara is super knowledgeable - she not only teaches you how to make the dishes, but she shares insights on how to buy the products in your home country and also different tidbits about Italian products. Not to mention, she has a fun and enthusiastic energy to her that makes you want to spend hours with her afterwards to learn about her life. My visitors (in laws) and I referred to the cooking class the remainder of their trip, all agreeing that it was a definite highlight of their stay in Milan. I hope to go back to more of her classes while I live here in Milan!
