Excellent main tour guide, very knowledgeable, though at times repetitive. We saw more than what was promised and had ample time at each stop. The guide at The Last Supper was outstanding and funny. She's a Da Vinci scholar. Wear comfortable shoes, lots of walking on hard, uneven surfaces!

The tour seemed to cover more than just a painting and a building. Our Tour Guide was AWESOME in clarity, knowledge, empathy and inclusion. Her explanations weaved in “The Why” and “So What” helping tourists to understand enough of the history that influenced why buildings are the way they are or the differences that exist in surrounding architectures… where locals prefer to eat, and recommendations of other museums and archaeological gems. While Milan cannot be toured in a day, Samantha, in her tour, offered a buffet of suggestions on where to explore, based on preferences, available time and budget. So much wonder and information added to the delight of seeing “The Last Supper” and understanding the link between the Artist and that Artist’s influence on influential members of society that affected the economy, religion, medicine art, etc

We highly recommend this walking tour. The historical sited visited were amazing. The tour pace was comfortable and relaxed. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and very engaging. Here passion for these sites was very evident.

A great tour guide, very knowledgeable, great personality and well organised. It’s a good 5 hours with an hour for a much needed lunch & hydration. Highly recommend this tour which cover many great Milano sites. Ensure you have good walking shoes. Thanks

The tour guide was exceptional. She answered everyone’s questions and made sure not to lose anyone. However, there were 29 people on the tour, which has “a maximum of 20”.

Very nice guided tour with motivated guide. Through headphones everything was easy to understand for me. The highlight for me was the Last Supper.

Cristina was a great guide, super nice, and I understood her english perfectly (even though I'm not an native english speaker). The tour covers the historical highlights, fast track to see the Duomo, and obviously the Last Supper which is a hard ticket to catch. A great way to pack Milan in 6 hours without feeling rushed

Our guide was not very engaging. I believe her name was Nona. She was kind, but I felt like she was just talking and talking. We walked very slowly most of the route, but still some people would be left behind at traffic stops. She did not turn to see if we had everyone consistently. Additionally, at the very end of our tour (LAST SUPPER), I felt like we walked so fast, like we were trying to get to the place in record time. I wish it could have been paced better and hoped our guide was more engaging. There was no jokes, no tips of good places to visit, however, she was very knowledgeable of history.

Dear,
thank you for sharing your thoughts, each guide has his own personality and his own way of conducting the tour, there are guides who are more “fun” and guides who give more notions, some prefer the former option others the second one.
In any case they are all trained and professional, as you also said, so your 1-star review seems to us to be overly harsh.

You have to ask to tour guide company. Plus, when you book, only certain TIMES and DATES are allowed to go in. PLEASE, PLEASE, make sure you click TOUR WITH LAST SUPPER. It is a very simple thing to do but also if you don’t, you will not be able to see/or even go in!!!!! You HAVE TO BOOK WITH TOUR, or you RISK your chances of NOT seeing/having admission to go in. Very sad since you’re traveling so far. Good luck! It’s breath taking beautiful!

I had quite a lot of trouble trying to book TLS on line, and opted to book the Viator 6 hour guided walking tour which included The Last Supper timed entry, the Duomo interior, and two other churches with unique history and features we would never have found . It started with a ride on a vintage trolley and with blue tooth earphones included with the tour, we were able to hear everything the guide described. We learned so much we would have never known or noticed without the guided tour. I would do it again, even though our tour in May was rained on - all day!
