The reason our tour is priced is due to all the other overheads that we have in order to execute this tour, such as the professional local guide, radios, entrance tickets that we pre-purchase at a higher rate ahead of time to grant all our potential customers a last-minute booking for the highlights of Milan, plus the commissions that we have to pay for our partner tour providers like Viator in that case. We hope that explains and we were happy to accommodate you in one of our tours.

Dear Rosette, We are very sorry to hear that the weather was not very pleasant on the day of your tour. Unfortunately, the climate in Milan is not predictable specially in winter, in that case, we cannot manage our tours according to the weather. About the waiting time, this is mandatory from the Last Supper Museum to reach 30 minutes before the entarnce time so that they can do the security checks and identifying the documents to be corresponded with the printed tickets. We are feeling sorry again but as mentioned above it was beyond our control. However, we hope that you have enjoyed the masterpiece of Da Vinci's The Last Supper, as it is a unique piece of art, only found in Milan, hundreds of visitors come from all over the world to witness its beauty!
