1) encontro com o guia desorganizado e atrasado. Fila grande e SONIA exigindo que fizessemos fila para dar informação se era o onibus certo. Haviam vários outros já saindo e precisavamos da informação se a fila era a certa. Foi grosseira comigo e com outros.
2) O anuncio dizia expressamente que a viagem de trem era de ida e de volta. Mas a volta foi de onibus.
3) Viagem de volta de 3h sem paradas, desconforto extremo, onibus sem banheiro.
4) Prometia a parada no santuario em Tirano. Mas a parada foi na estação, sem menção ao santuário, com tempo apenas para lanche.
A experiência prometida não foi a fornecida.

I definitely enjoyed the Tour Bernini Red Train and St. Moritz from Milan tour because of the following:
1. Every step of the trip was on time! I am a flight attendant and am constantly reminded that on time performance is very important for customer satisfaction.
2. Our guide Lena was truly a ball of energy that did everything within her power to make sure we were engaged in the experience and that she was available for questions and concerns.
A. Lena offered us her personal suggestions on what were some of the best things to do at each stop and I can truly say that though it was challenging to keep up with her. I can also personally say that her recommendation of the benefit of the amazing chocolate from LADERACH in St. Moritz, Switzerland was an excellent suggestion. I’m very happy I followed her advice.
B. Lena’s command of the both the English, Spanish and Italian language was amazing and she repeated certain Italian words so that they stuck in my brain. Most memorable being Andiamo.
3. Unfortunately, I did not write down the driver’s name but they were extremely professional and made me feel safe and secure. Also appreciate that they oversaw the security of the things that I left in the bus. I had brought my commuter and all kinds of accessories for my Canon camera that I am very happy I did not drag around for the whole day (just half).
4. There were two days worth of experiences collected into one long tour. My only regret is that I did not get a full ten hours of sleep before the tour, and I recommend any one taking should get a full nights sleep before you go.

Very, very long ( 13 hour) trip, largely in a bus. The train portion ( 2 hour in Switz.) was wonderful. However, the balance, 10 or so hours between excursions and the bus was too long.

Don't do it. Almost too many reasons to list. Really regretted it.
Too far from Milan.
Not at all suitable for kids - 4 hours spent on a bus and that was just to get to Tirano, so still had 2 hours of train journey and another 4 hours of bus journey after that.
Bus broke down and was unable to take us back to Milan. Had to get a taxi for $700 after waiting 4 hours and not hearing from the company. The "guide" offered no help at all, but to be fair, it seemed like he was left stranded as well.
Terrible experience and a very expensive mistake. I'm afraid I can't recommend it.

Dream come true, incredible landscape at all times, good accommodation on the train as it was a group, great time covered, it wasn't too tiring as there was a lot of beauty to enjoy, great guide and the return journey by bus was also wonderful

We felt cheated, which spoiled the trip and the experience. If you buy an excursion that includes the Bernina Express panoramic train, you can't be fooled around and get on a regional train. The disappointment when boarding the train was total and we conveyed this to the guide who told us that the panoramic train was strange to take, sometimes it was your turn by chance.
Once the excursion was over, I consulted the information on the internet and indeed, you can do the journey on one or another train, each one has its advantages and disadvantages and obviously the panoramic train is more expensive.
The tour was very beautiful, the landscape is dreamlike and at Christmas it is appreciated even more.
The excursion apart from the experience of riding the panoramic Bernina Express does not have much more. They took us by bus to Tirano from where we boarded the regional train and from there to St Motriz, a beautiful town. The return trip by bus was very difficult even though according to the guide we had not caught any traffic.
We stayed with the landscapes, which was the best.
I leave you two photos so you can see the difference between the trains.

gracias por su reseña. Nos complace leer que disfrutó del itinerario y los paisajes.
En cuanto al tren, en la página del producto se indica claramente en el apartado "Información adicional" que el vagón no sería panorámico, sino de segunda clase. Además, las fotos presentadas en la página del producto también muestran el tren regional que ofrece nuestro servicio, por lo que creemos que la información está claramente expresada.
No obstante, esperamos que haya disfrutado de la excursión y esperamos volver a verle pronto en una de nuestras excursiones.

Organized trip to Livigno markets + Red Train (02/12/2023)
REALLY BAD!
we left Milan, anticipating the journey by half an hour compared to the time established in the booking, then at 7.45 we stopped in a bar for breakfast and at 8.15 we left. Once we arrived at customs they told us that the Maloja pass was closed (the agency already knew this, because it wasn't last minute information, so much so that the pass had already been closed since the evening before due to snow, but instead of canceling or postponing he made us leave anyway), therefore a colossal waste of time. After that, the driver with the guide Elisabetta decide that the alternative is to leave from Tirano. Having arrived there with a delay of 1.5 hours on the timetable, the guide went directly to the ticket office to change the reservation, promising us that upon our arrival the bus would be found in St Moritz to pick us up and take us to Livigno. Well, it was all an excuse to force us to get on the train (because knowing the long journey times between the return journey, the group no longer wanted to make the journey, but rather directly receive a refund with immediate return to Milan). However, we let ourselves be convinced, hoping that things would improve, but instead we had to wait at the station for about 1 hour to catch the train due to delays caused by the snow + 2.5 hours of travel). Once we arrived in St Moritz the guide told us that the bus would actually never have come there to pick us up, so we would have had just 20 minutes to go to the bathroom/eat and then take the train back (another excuse: after 2.48pm there would be no more trains to go back - FALSE). So the summary of the day is that after 5.5 hours by bus and 3.5 hours to reach our destination, the only thing we saw of St Moritz and Tirano was the station, while we weren't there at all in Livigno... To make sure we didn't miss anything, we took the bus back at 5.30pm from Tirano (AFTER ANOTHER 2.5 hours by train) and made a single trip to Monza and then to Milan without even stopping to go to the bathroom...
after paying €150 each, I honestly didn't think I would receive this treatment which was nothing short of torture! I thank the Magellan club for making me go through one of the worst days of my life!
However, I will definitely make a request for a refund and demand an apology from them, because it was truly shameful behavior!

Ci dispiace leggere della sua esperienza ma temiamo che abbia lasciato la recensione sul tour sbagliato, dato che noi siamo Autostradale Viaggi e non offriamo viaggi organizzati verso i mercatini di Livigno. Inoltre, il giorno 2 di dicembre non abbiamo avuto nessuna partenza verso le Alpi svizzere.
Se possibile, chiediamo quindi cortesemente di cancellare la recensione negativa sul nostro prodotto.

No, no toilets but we stopped at a roadside garage/cafe for morning tea and toilet break. There was another break for lunch and toilet break before boatding the train.
