Ho regalato al mio ragazzo come regalo di compleanno questa lezione per la preparazione del risotto alla milanese con cena al seguito e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza veramente particolare e sicuramente un regalo apprezzatissimo per l'originalità.
Santa è stata una padrona di casa squisita, alla fine anche se l'esperienza era solo per lui ha fatto cucinare anche me facendoci vedere anche la preparazione dell'ossobuco in abbinamento al risotto per cui è stata una lezione a 360 °.
Ci ha poi fatto trovare un ottimo aperitivo inserendo anche delle preparazioni pugliesi per le sue origini Altamurane che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo essendo noi amanti della regione Puglia e del buon cibo! È stata una serata piacevole trascorsa molto velocemente tra chiacchiere e buon vino, abbiamo più mangiato che cucinato devo dire ma principalmente perchè ci siamo persi in chiacchiere! Ringraziamo Santa per i consigli utili anche fuori cucina ricevuti e la ringrazio anche per il dono che mi ha fatto di una talea di monstera, avendo scoperto questa passione comune! :)

Giuliano warmly welcomed us into her home. She is fabulous! She patiently showed us how to make fresh pasta, and how to cook with fresh ingredients from the garden. I think we had our best meal in Milan with Giuliano. We also met 2 of her son's, which made it a fun interactive mix of cultures. Such a friendly, fun, educational cooking class - highly recommend!

I had the best day with Giuliana and her family. Giuliana has so much passion for cooking and is the best teacher. She is so welcoming, kind and patient and this was one of the best experiences of my holiday in Europe, learning to make fettuccine, ravioli and my favorite - tiramisu!
I would love to come back again and learn more and share a meal and laughs with the family again! :)

Cesarina Debora, grande passione per questo importante ruolo di protezione della tradizione culinaria. Impeccabile e alta qualità nella cucina e presentazione dei piatti. Grande attenzione nell’interpretazione delle esigenze degli ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e nello stesso tempo in un posto speciale, coccolati.

My new friends
What an amazing family and what a wonderful experience to be in their home cooking with them and sharing our cultures.
Went to an unusual diner, 4 hours at a private home where I got to learn and participate in the cooking under their instructions to create authentic Milan full 5 course meal
It was amazing the cook and her parents were our host. The food was amazing and i so like our host they were such a warm family and I've the food was so great.
