Great experience!!! The trip was so relaxing with our guide, Alice. She gave us a lot of information about the places we visited. Beatiful towns, Como, Lugano and of course Bellaggio. Beautiful landscapes with the Alps and lake Como. I definitely recommend this trip, it worth every penny.

The bus was not adequately air-conditioned and the day was not that hot it was overcast and low 80s!
The tour guide walked way too fast and talked way too fast. Her English was excellent but the accent and the speed at which she talked made understanding impossible. I also think the devices used were subpar.
I explained we would like to meet her at the point of contact as one of our party was slower and we did not want to delay the tour. Her reply was that it was a 3 or 4-minute walk, not true, it was at least 10 minutes.
The boat ride is a public Ferry. N95 masks are required. The second ride was an hour-long ride that was stifling!! The guide is nowhere to be seen but talking so fast about the villa on the right, there are 30 villas on the right, very poorly organized. The boat trip was torture.
About the n95 masks. I saw the boat crew turn away an elderly couple for only having surgical masks and a stop later let on a young attractive girl with a tissue over her face. Terrible.
Lugano and Bellagio were wonderful. free time was great. Eat early at Bellagio as the time for service at restaurants is quite long.

Friendly and professional service with very excellent vocal information of everywhere we visited. Always on time and we had an amazing day trip. A highly recommended trip of holiday to enjoy.

My husband made an reservation for a Day tour from Milan to lake Como. On the bus we found out that there are to groups and one will continue to Lugano the other will stay only at Come. Of course we decide immediately to visit also and Lugano since there was such an option but we wasn't sure if it is possible since we book only Milan - Como in prior.
Guisy (shortly from Giuseppina) our fantastic tour guide made everything that was possible to extend our day journey and take care of all the documentation.
And that how our Day Trip with Zani Viaggi and Mrs. Guisy began :).
We went to Como with very clean and comfortable bus. Upon arrival the bus driver gave complimentary bottle of water and we start explore Como. We had hour and half for a walk before we go to one boat to explore the lake and all amazing villas that are all around it.
During the boat trip Mrs. Guisy tells us great stories that are connected to each of this villas. It was impressive to listen the stories and imagine what was the life during the time they was build and after when their owners have been changed. She knows all the popular movies that have been filmed there, all the movie stars that has visit Como, all the great people that have leave their footprints in the history and have been there.
After the boat we had some spear time for lunch and after we went to Lugano, a completely different city than Como. Very modern with another fantastic lake during the mountains. Our sons was amazed. Again Mrs. Guisy gave us all the necessary information, we take a small walk in the city centre, we bought fantastic chokolates and explore the city from his highest part where the Cathedral all the way down.
THANK YOU very, very much Mrs. Guisy and Zani Viaggi for the perfect organisation and fantastic experience. We would love to use your services again.

I went on this tour yesterday and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Our tour guide Fedra was outstanding, she took such great care of us and gave us so much insight and knowledge into the places we visited. The transport was wonderfully well organised and it was a lovely small group of nine of us which was perfect. A really fantastic day which I would recommend to anyone!
