We arrived early and tried to show the tickets to the two men at the bus entrance, but they seemed obsessed with chatting and kept us waiting for a while.
Finally, after scanning the ticket, we had to put a large suitcase on it, but all we had to do was open the door and the man went back to where he came from.
You won't use it anymore because it doesn't feel good.

More expensive than other Transfer companies, has no wifi and no chargers for the mobile. Seats were really dirty, I took this bus because I was forced to take the first on the row on the airport, Next time better wait and take the Green ones

The driver didn’t know the road to go to Malpensa!
We were about to lose our flight because of the delay of the driver.
He lost 3 times the exit to highway.
One passenger helped him to find the road with a gps.
Maybe it was his first time, i don’t know.
But, from Malpensa to Milan the transfer was excellent like an airplane!
50’ only from airport Malpensa to Milan.
Let’s hope you will have a good and experienced driver once you pick Terravision for your transfer.

We recently used the bus to get from Milan Centrale to MXP early in the morning to catch our flight. We booked online ahead of time, and it cost 10 Euros per person. Follow the instructions on the map that is printed on your ticket near the Milan Centrale train station, and then the meeting spot is on the center median by the snack shack where all the buses load. The Terravision spot is the second bus parking spot. When we arrived, no one was located at the spot/stand, but then shortly after an empty bus pulled up, the driver got off and disappeared until about 15 minutes prior to our bus was scheduled to depart. Although we were the first to arrive for our early morning bus, there was no order to the line and it turned into a free for all. We self-loaded our luggage under the bus, and then someone scanned our ticket prior to boarding. We left right on time, and arrived to Terminal 2 just under an hour from departure. We made a quick stop at Terminal 2, however no passengers on our bus got off.

Alle 3 di notte l autista si fuma una bella sigaretta in autobus a porte chiuse, poi si rilassa nel retro del bus con aria arrogante apre le porte alle 3.20. Ci ha lasciato al freddo ad aspettare... Arriva l addetto ai biglietti e con aria arrogante dopo 3 ore di attesa, solo perché gli avevo chiesto di farci entrare inizia a gridare come un pazzo contro di me, dicendo di stare zitta... Maleducati e arroganti, gente con nessuna voglia di fare accoglienza. Che skifo! Mi auguro che l azienda faccia i dovuti controlli. Giorno 7/7/2023,ore 3.30 con partenza Milano centrale - malpensa

grazie per aver condiviso con noi le sue osservazioni e la sua esperienza. Ne terremo sicuramente conto per migliorare i nostri servizi.
Desideriamo tuttavia informarla che l'accesso a bordo da prassi è consentito circa 15 minuti prima della partenza del bus, quando iniziano le procedure di imbarco. Comprendiamo che una attesa, seppur breve, possa essere sgradevole ma con le temperature medie di luglio non spiacevole al punto da costituire una condizione di disagio.
Per quanto riguarda invece il comportamento che ci ha segnalato. Lo porteremo sicuramente all'attenzione del dipartimento competente affinché si prendano provvedimenti. Le assicuriamo che Terravision non tollera comportamenti non professionali e non esita a prendere provvedimenti qualora il comportamento di un dipendente non rispettasse la policy della compagnia.
Ringraziandola nuovamente per aver portato l'accaduto alla nostra attenzione, le auguriamo una buona giornata e speriamo di rivederla a bordo dei nostri servizi in futuro.

Please be informed that we are hosted by the station, so we are unable to add more signage inside, however there's a Terravision sign at the bus stop, address and map with google maps directions are available on our website.
As regards our staff, we will report to the relevant department.We assure you that Terravision does not tollerate unprofessional behaviours and doesn't hesitate to take actions if an employee's behaviour goes again our policies.

今回の旅の最後はMilano中央駅からマルペンサ空港までのシャトルバス。3社が運行している中で、たまたまなのですがTerravisionを選びました。大きなスーツケースを持っての鉄道移動はちょっと気が引ける。しかもバスの方がリーズナブル。僕達は予約せずにバス前でTicket購入しました。予定よりも少し早く1時間で到着。スタッフの対応も良く、快適な旅でした。

We came running just as the driver closed the door. We showed him we had tickets (bought them in advance), but he regused to open the door. He drove away with the bus half full, and we had to wait 30 min for the next one. I tryied to talk to the man selling tickets, but he didn’t even bother to answer. He just pretended ge didn’t see me although I was 1 meter away from him. Very bad service- I will NEVER ever use this company again. Wish I understood before I bought tickets that there was several companies that drove to the AirPort. My advice: just show up at the centrale and take the first one leaving, just not this company!

As can be read on our website and on the tickets to access our services passengers are kindly requested to be at the bus stop at least 15 minutes prior the bus departure time. This is essential to carry out the boarding procedures and ensure that the bus leaves punctually.
Please note it is not possible to wait for late passengers as the service is shared with others.
