Bus was late. But it was rainy and heavy traffic.
Very professional driver and cheap prices.
I would recommend for casual travellers, but if you need to catch that train or airport, don't make it too tight.

The staff at Bergamo Airport were rude and unhelful. We were flying home to the UK on 30 September and this was our first experience at this airport. We would not recommend if at all possible try to avoid.

Ticket sellers are lying and selling your tickets for a certain departure EVEN when the bus is full, this resulting in you being blocked with that company’s ticket and a departure at least 30 min later than the one they sold you the ticket for. Rude and mafiose style like.

I recently purchased a ticket through Terravision on September 26, 2024, only to find that my credit card was charged twice for the same transaction. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have received no resolution.
They just offered me to reuse the second ticket in the future, which I actually don´t need and don´t want.
I have attached copies of my credit card statement as evidence. I demand a full refund immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take further action, including filing complaints, posting negative reviews, and seeking legal advice.
I urge potential customers to be aware of this company's poor customer service and double charging practices.

Reservation is convenient and quick to make. If you are late for your flight you can ask to take advantage of the next ride. As for the Milan-Bergamo route that I used I can say that the service is great! The outer ring road was taken to do it earlier (which I would not take for granted).
I will definitely use the service again!
