Elisa has been an outstanding guide! In a 3 hour tour she guided us to the most relevant historic sites in Milan historic center - to the obvious known ones but also to the hidden gems you typically do not know about. Places that tell about legends and myths - be it religious, spiritual or policital and royal about the emperor families and conquerors - or be it from culture and modern arts in public places.
Elisa shared her most comprehensive knowledge about history in general and history of art, very happily with us. No question she couldn't have answered in every detail you would have wished. Amazing!
At the same time, she is very well experienced in tailoring the volume of facts, information and knowledge to an extend that it never became overwhelming. Throughout the entire three hours with her it was easy, fun and light to listen to her.
As a person, Elisa has been very pleasant to be with, fresh and super friendly.
She remembered that we had not been able to get tickets for the Last Supper and called us when she received two cancellations with another group. Really nice gesture!
The tour was the very first activity we undertook. Afterwards, we walked through Milan with so much more knowedge and awareness - thanks to Elisa.
We would definitely consider returning to Milan area - only to book her again for a private tour :)

Elisa was an amazing tour guide. Very knowledgeable, friendly and no problems with speaking our language while sharing hers with us. She was kind enough to spend her holiday with us. It was nice having her on a day that was not so crowded with tourists. That being said, Elisa would be fabulous even in big crowds.
I highly recommend her and will be sharing her information with my friends as they prepare to tour Milan.

I was looking for a guided tour for my team (which even included a local). We all LOVED the guided tour. The guide adapted to some customization and she was always willing to answer our questions with deep knowledge and a smile. A great balance of culture, "hidden places" and fun. Thank you.

I went on a walking tour of Milan with a group of friends. Elisa was very friendly and informative. She shared a lot of interesting information about Milan that I otherwise would not have found out. She was also very flexible and accommodated a couple of requests from others on the tour to have a look at some places in more detail or stop for a coffee. Since the group wasn't so big and due to the casual nature of the tour, it felt like we were a group of friends out exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Gentile e disponibile ci ha accompagnato in un tour per Milano;
la guida ci ha accompagnato anche dei luoghi di Milano meno battuti dal turismo di massa ma fondamentali per capire la città "Mediolanum"; ottima la preparazione nel campo artistico e storico ed anche architettonico.
La visitata così come proposta è molto interessante anche per i ragazzi.
Consigliamo!
la guida ci ha accompagnato anche dei luoghi di Milano meno battuti dal turismo di massa ma fondamentali per capire la città "Mediolanum"; ottima la preparazione nel campo artistico e storico ed anche architettonico.
La visitata così come proposta è molto interessante anche per i ragazzi.
