We were sent PDF for the tickets that could not be opened with no reply from the company. There was no advantage to this ticket as we did not get in any quicker. No skip the line access and would have been cheaper to buy direct.
Time allotted was 1pm but we were directed to join the queue. Fortunately it was not long. But the duomo was magnificent and should not be missed.

Very disappointing. Booked & paid for tickets Friday afternoon. Email Saturday morning said time not available, offered another time, which we accepted. Next email said that time not available, and none before we had to leave Milan. At least they didn’t charge us!

We found the museum actually more interesting than the Duomo itself because you can view the statues and plans for the structure up close. Duomo is spectacular in size and beautiful from the outside. I would book tickets on the door because there’s a premium on these sites and they are confusing in what they offer

This service does not offer any reconstitution of tickets if you booked a wrong day, even if you notify this 2 weeks beforehand. I do not recommend booking with this operator.

Booked tickets online for £46 for a self guided tour for 2 people to the Milan Duomo. Turned up at the Duomo to find that in every email sent from these people about the tickets, not one contained the bar codes required by the cathedral entrance staff to gain entry. The staff also said that this was a common problem with Tripadvisor bookings and that I should call them. I incurred charges of £9.50 while calling their helpline in the USA to try to get them to send me the QR codes. Still nothing appeared. So, I paid good money to Tripadvisor for a service which they did not fulfill. They took no responsibility for issues that arose and have offered no reason as to why they have happened. I have asked for a refund but they have refused to entertain my request. Obviously, I will not be using Tripadvisor to book entry to tourist attractions in future. After this fiasco yesterday morning, we joined a queue and bought tickets on site, which were less than half the price that Tripadvisor were charging, for access to the same areas of the cathedral. Be advised. Appalling service from Tripadvisor.

Amazing views over the whole area from the roof of the cathedral. Unfortunately, the elevator/lift is only for the way up, so you still have to hammer your knees on the way down. There are also queues to leave the roof because the stairs are narrow. Still worth a visit though

Beautiful discovery, the dome is grandiose, the architecture is well maintained and restored. We also visited the very enriching museum.

Bought tickets for the wrong day on accident and could not get it changed. The Dome is absolutely breathtaking and beautiful. You can purchase tickets much cheaper right at the Dome.

Upon arrival at the Duomo on May 11 (time slot at 2 p.m.), it turned out that the Duomo could not be visited due to a private matter. They suggested returning the next day. So we had to thoroughly redesign our city program.
