Disappointing experience. The structure is very dirty, both in the rooms of the changing rooms and the tubs and in the relaxation rooms and corridors. Hair on the ground, cobwebs on walls and dust accumulations on stairs and carpets.

Overall a nice experience, they are not great (s.pellegrino is triple) but there is everything and even the tubs and relaxation rooms are well distributed, in we believe there may be some problem of space.
Note to QC is to put trays to take from the buffet the fried or not put them and replace them with raw vegetables.
Instead, I emphasize the rudeness of the patrons, especially women, my 50-year-old peers who screamed and mistook the spa for the bar.
At the vichy showers, which I love, I had two ladies standing on either side talking about school with my friend who was taking a shower.
Then came a group of six women, one in her 50s who thought she was at home, I think, because they were using a very loud tone of voice and then she screamed because the foot bath water was too cold and she didn't expect it between laughter and caciara continua
Guys who took over the hot tubs.
Abandoned trays on the aperitif tables, when they specify you to bring it back.
Bathrobes left hanging in the showers of the changing rooms that gave no chance to those who had to shower to be able to hang them.
A guy who shouted from outside the men's locker room at the women's locker room, his girlfriend's name to call her.

We went to chamonix a few years ago and wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to do the Turin one.
Big disappointment: on 3 floors, not necessarily practical, bogus workshops. The place is not clean. There are far too many people. And the summary, to do this frankly abstain and lower prices. Especially since the bar staff, at least one, was unpleasant as it is not allowed.
No frankly we do not recommend.

Nice relaxing but at the aperitif there was nothing left to eat .. all over! And what's more, when the food was brought at 8:30 pm, we were asked to leave at 8:45 pm because time was up! But how?
I arrive at 20:00 there is nothing, I wait for 20:30 that you refuel and then kick me out after 15 minutes?! You throw me out in a way that's not pretty.
The rest as always is nice, massage super recommended!

QC spa should be synonymous with pampering and with what it costs one expects a certain type of experience that unfortunately he won't find in Turin.
We purchased an evening ticket and hoped to enjoy a bit of peace as it was a Monday: poor deluded people!
The most sore point is undoubtedly the aperitif: very poor quality food and not even a plate available, you have to serve these disgusting pizzas or fries on a paper napkin: even in the worst bars the food is served on a plate. The bubbles were warm, left in a glacette without ice and in 45 minutes the preparations for Rossini/Bellini were never refilled so it was impossible to use them. But the worst thing is undoubtedly the rudeness of the staff, especially the person at the counter.
Regarding the spa:
1. Saunas not hot enough especially the hammam room.
2. Hot-cold reaction tank: cold part is not cold!
3. Whisper or silence? Chaos! The tone of the voice is so high that it echoes everywhere, this has to do with the rudeness of the patrons, but I think the staff could stem the problem.
4. Both in the hot tubs and in the relaxation rooms several couples thought they were at home. Frankly, two people in a tub making out, entwined, astride each other, are a strong deterrent to using the same tub at the same time and while it concerns the common sense of the customers, I am convinced that the staff could do more, if only they were present .
The staff at reception were very kind and the waterfall was very beautiful.
For 60 euros I definitely want more!

XXL size bathrobes, a poor aperitif that not even in the worst bars... 1 piece of parmesan, 1 piece of salami, four olives, 4 pieces of apple and a buffet of bread, breadsticks of uneatable fried stuff including a fried sage... they have the prices increased but the quality decreased significantly! Plus there was no shampoo or even shower gel in the showers...€66 paid for nothing. Such a pity!

I'm from Turin, I've been there 6 times and each time it was always new, never predictable. Over the years I have seen many things renewed, in step with the times, if the temperature in the evening is warm the experience in the hydromassage tubs outside becomes even more magical and relaxing.

High price for what it offers! A disgusting aperitif only carbohydrates and very low quality foods, equally poor drinks, it's not the first time I go there every time I find higher prices and poor quality in everything. Guys at the rude reception, in a place like this the quality of the courtesy and of the context should be in first place. Sporcixia almost everywhere from the bathrooms to the relaxation rooms. Disappointment 😟

Volevo chiedere: come mai nel percorso serale che costa appena pochi euro rispetto a quello giornaliero ci si può fermare solo 3 ore contro tutto il tempo dell'ingresso giornaliero?
Nel caso in cui acquisto l'ingresso giornaliero sono obbligato a stare tutto il giorno o posso arrivare anche nel tardo pomeriggio per non avere limiti di tempo poi la sera?
In ultimo, volevo chiedere se per gli invalidi c'è una riduzione e quanto potrebbe costare eventualmente l'ingresso giornaliero o serale al sabato sera, grazie per le risposte che mi darete (preferibilmente a cura dello staff), grazie.
