The walking tour was terrible. The guide walked so fast through the narrow streets it was impossible to keep up and the head phones cut out. She literally had no concern for the group at all. Not interactive when you are almost running to keep up as there are other tourists there. Her nickname was Italian Greyhound. She literally had 25 people and only a handful could keep at her pace. I would not do the tour ever again. The boat ride was amazing and I had wished that we had just booked that without the tour.

Really loved this tour. So mad I forgot the tour guide name but she was amazing and knowledgeable taking us around in Venice. The gondola was the beautiful ending. The ride was relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed this experience.

Save your money. Worst tour I have taken in some time. Our tour guide walked so fast the group couldn’t keep up with her. She was so far ahead that the sound system cut out.

Andre was a great tour guide. Funny, knowledgeable, and showed us different parts of San Marco. Highly recommend. This part of the tour is five stars.
This tour also includes a gondola ride which was nice and something I definitely wanted to do, but our gondola driver was texting on his phone the entire time and when he did point out something of interest, you couldn't hear him. This part, I rate three stars.

The directions to find this tour were terrible. All we were given was an address. We set out to find the location 50 minutes in advance of the meeting time. We stopped and asked several other vendors who had no idea where this location was. We called the phone number provided several times and got no answer. The phone just rang. One of the other gondoliers even called on his phone and got that the number wasn't working. We sent a message to the email provided and got no response. We finally arrived 30 minutes late. We were rudely informed that's it's too late for the hour and a half tour. We were told to return to the location in an hour to get the gondola ride. The gondolier shouted to fellow gondoliers the entire ride with no acknowledgement of his passengers. Save your money and just wait until you arrive in Venice and walk up and hire your own gondolier. Try to catch a gondolier nearer to the train station rather than by St. Mark's Square. It's not as crowded and a lot more quiet of a ride.

The tour guide was funny and engaging. We walked through parts of venice for a good hour and a half, but it was quite well paced.

Marina was an excellent and knowledgeable guide of the city. The walking tour showed us the highlights and focused on essential history of the city - from its founding to modern day. The gondola ride was slightly shorter than advertised - about 15 minutes as opposed to 30 - but I really have no complaints. It was a perfect experience for me and my family!

The walking tour and gondola ride took about 2 hours - it depends on the length of the queue for the gondola though. You'll be on the gondola with approximately 5 other people, so it isn't a private ride.
