Awful - if I could give it no stars, I would. Firstly, the itinerary they post here is completely inaccurate. We were treated like cattle the entire time; no one engaged with us, just moved us along, and the Gondola ride was NOT worth the price. I was shocked to find out that you can get a private ride for 50 minutes from many gondolas along the canal for cheaper than you get this shared gondola ride for 30 minutes. Not worth the money at all; there are much better tours out there, and ones that actually post accurate itineraries.

Aspetti positivi: tempistiche adeguate, nessuna attesa come anticipato. Personale gentile e disponibile.
Abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido all’incontro dopo il giro in gondola e prima del tour in basilica ma risolto perfettamente dalle guide.
Aspetti negativi: il numero fornito come assistenza al cliente in caso di necessità non ci è stato di alcun aiuto perché l’ufficio risultava chiuso (orario molto ridotto causa COVID, ma se deve essere un numero per le emergenze secondo me qualcuno dovrebbe sempre rispondere)

The gondola ride was perfect. The guide has waiting for us, and showed us the way to the gondola. We were group of six, and we have been used two gondolas, which was really comfortable.
We have agreed, that after gondola ride, we will meet under the big blue clock. Been there at the time, but we had to wait for english speaking guide for maybe twenty minutes. There has been three groups (french, german and english).
I was expecting, that there will be another entry for guided groups, but my assumption was wrong. We have to wait in the same line as other individual people. When I asked the ticket lady, why we are not waiting in the line until the english guide will arrive, as we can move closer to the entry, she told me, that we have to wait for a guide near the Doge’s palace exit.
So we have been waiting for the guide 20 minutes (and he still didn’t arrive), then we should stand to the end of the line, which was approximately another 30-40 minutes of just waiting.
I decided not to accept it, so I had cancel my visit. (If I wouldn’t book a tour, I would probably already finish my visit of Basilica)

As we were in Venice only for a day, we thought this would be a good idea to avoid queueing and get a taster for the city. The gondola ride is shared (with up to 6 people) but this didn’t bother us as it was still a unique experience for us all. Tour guide for Saint Marks was very knowledgeable, delivering insightful nuggets about the church and city with good humour.

We enjoyed the gondola ride and the short tour of St. Marks. It is quite a bit bigger tour than I expected it to be, which caused for some confusion for a minute as they broke us into groups of English or Italian speaking families. Overall a good experience.

Being in Venice is absolutely magical and adding a GONDOLA ride completes the dream especially booking thru Venetoinside they are easy to book and easy to locate once in Venice and so very courteous. I highly recommend them.

Couldnt get the gondolier to tell me what time the longer trip took as you could get 30 mins for 80 euro, anyway for an extra 40 euro you get.....5 minutes. That said it is a good experience.

Highly recommended trip. Gondola ride was more than I expected. Beautiful. The Basilica Tour was extremely well done. The guide Veronica was very informative. The Basilica was better than I expected. It was so beautiful. We sat down in the Basilica, as this was part of the tour. The beautiful marble and paintings on the ceilings and walls were stunning. Well worth the money.

A pesar del mal tiempo, disfrutamos mucho de este pequeño viaje de 20min en góndola, desde luego que hay que hacerlo aunque sea con más gente en la misma góndola
