00没看到司机，电话联络竟答"No English"
出发前一个月已经先预约并信用卡付款，表定抵达时间是晚上1100，但班机误点了半小时。怕司机等太久，我们同行先请一人去大厅与司机碰头，其他人慢慢等行李，又绕了快20分钟，还是没看到我们的司机。拨打预约单上的电话，接电话的人只不断重复…

Arrived at the airport no transfer. Called and as my flight had been changed and I needed to amend the arrival time, they had not been informed. Even though I had done everything I was supposed to do.
Waited 20 minuites for the transfer.
Was taken to Venice and they waited another 20 minuites for a taxi.
I was expecting a beautiful wooden traditional boat. Didn't get one.
Not worth the money, get a speedboat for 4 for £130 at the airport.
The advert of airport water taxi is misleading as you drive to Venice the get the water taxi.
Asked for a partial refund with all of their errors, told no.

We were met at the airport, he didn’t speak to us all the way in the taxi to the boat. The boat was a simple taxi, which I have since learnt you can get for £21. This was not the romantic experience we were expecting my any means.

I have been visiting Venice on business for years and the transfers from Marco Polo Airport have always been very expensive as I have tended to use a private water taxi.
I just happened to have a look at transfers on Trip Advisor and found this "Shared Taxi" service. As we arrived in Venice's beautiful new(ish) terminal we made our way straight to the new water taxi loading area via a moving walkway (vast improvement on the old way of walking for a long time outside). From there we found the Taxi service and were told where to wait and that there would be others joining us in less than 10 minutes. As it turned out we waited no more than a few minutes before the others arrived and off we set - much faster and more pleasant tha using the water busses and certainly a fraction of the cost of a private transfer. The next day we were given a departure time at the pier where we were droppped off and the Taxi arrived within 2 minutes of the allocated time - brilliant. One short stop to collect one other couple and off we zoomed back to the Airport. Great service and a bargain!!!

We booked a private transfer from Marco Polo Airport to our hotel, and we are delighted we did. We were picked up at the arrivals hall and taken by taxi van around to the dock. We would never have found the boat on our own.
The ride across was lovely, seeing different parts of Venice from the water.
We went straight to our hotel and our bags were put on the boat and taken off by the driver.
We just sat back and enjoyed.

We added 3 hours to our pick up and they took us all around Venice. Great way to get a look at Venice and surrounding areas. Boat was very clean. Highly recommend

Our transportation from the airport to our hotel was better than we expected. We (we were a group of 8) arrived to find a smiling driver holding our name sign high. He grabbed suitcases, loaded the car and off we went. Arrived at the boat and another smooth transfer, helping us board then loading our luggage. The boat was clean and the ride smooth. The boat driver got us right to the door of our hotel. I would recommend this service to anyone.

We booked a private water taxi from Marco Polo airport to our hotel. Instead of the water taxi leaving from the airport we were driven by car to the cruise port and then put in a water taxi for a 5 minute ride. I later contacted the company about the issue and was told that due to a race the canal was closed and since it wasn't their fault I wouldn't be given a partial refund. I ended up paying 311 euros for an airport shuttle. I would not recommend bookairporttransfers.com or the company bookTAXI.

Dear Customer, I understand your feeling but as already indicated by email and to your review also published ono Google, the access from the airport to the city and to Piazzale Roma was closed due to the "vogalonga" regatta.
This is totally outside our will and control. We also can't provide a refund because the price for a Private Minivan to the Tronchetto island + a water taxi to your hotel is the same than a private water taxi directly from the airport.
The alternative should have been to let you at the airport waiting from 10:00AM to 16.00 until the traffic on the channel have been restablished.
It's also indicated in our terms and conditions (that you accepted during the booking process), that the route can be modified without any notice by the captain, under any kind of conditions: weather conditions, traffic restrictions and so on.

The driver was greeting us with name plate right after we left baggage claim. We had very interesting weather...hail.... waited it out for a few minutes....then were transported to our boat. The boat was very nice and Marco was there to greet us. We had the tour attached to the boat ride itself....due to weather....it was cut short but they came an hour later to tour from our hotel on the Grande Canal to San marco.... that made up for it. After a lond plane ride...this was nice.

Picked up at Marco Polo airport, the driver was there with a card with our name on it. Car very clean and spacious, driver took us direct to the ship and we were out of the car and straight into the queue. The driver was very polite.

We have a group of 16 people arriving in Venice on 6/22 at approximately 10:00 am, we are looking for transportation from airport to water taxi and water taxi to Al Canal Regio hotel. Looking for a company that can provide this service. We have never flown into Venice and want to make our arrival as smooth and unstressful as possible
