If you go to Gandia on vacation or tourism, be sure to see this palace of this family, one of the most powerful in medieval times. They were close to becoming the owners of all of Italy. They had three dads. This family of Spanish origin from Gandia left this palace. which reflects the power they had, be sure to see it, you have either for eight euros entry and for something more, visit, visit with guide "IMPRESSIVE"

The problem or success of most tours. This had two different guides; one for the walking and another for the basilica and palace. The walking tour guide was great, the other not so great

Booked to visit 18 April Jet2 cancelled from Birmingham all other bookings have let us cancel but not this one. Very sad as when we do get to visit later on the year or next year we certainly my will notbook this package again

This tour by far exceed my expectations !
The tour guides are incredibly passionate & knowledgeable about their city ... it was an absolute pleasure to get to go on this tour !
Even got access to sit inside the Basilica di San Marco (it’s not standard for most).
Don’t overthink it - book this tour !

I’d like to preface this with I am very sorry, but I cannot remember our guide’s name. She was a little older and shorter, with a name that we believe started with an “A.”
My only complaint was that it was pretty hard to find the tour. We were there 15 minutes early like it said to be, but didn’t find them til about 2 minutes before the stated departure time. However, I think this may have just been because of the high tide and the bridges blocking the view of the area they were in.
The tour started with a walk around Venice to some important locations with some great information from our guide. She said they usually start at the Basilica, but we walked around first to wait on the water to go down. We were not expecting the initial walking part, but were pleasantly surprised to get some extra information on the city and see extra locations we didn’t know of previously.
After this, we had a 15 min break before meeting up again for the Doge’s Palace part of the tour. We went into this knowing absolutely nothing about this building and left with a really solid understanding of it. It was super interesting to hear about the fires, art, and the prison.
After that, we went to Saint Mark’s Basilica for the final tour stop. This building is super beautiful, and we got to get an explanation of the beautiful ceiling art from the guide. The tour also includes walking up to see the tomb of Saint Mark.
Our tour guide was very calm and made us feel very welcome in Venice. She also made sure to take care of those who needed elevators without getting us behind on schedule.
Overall, lovely guide and great tour. You can see the sights without the tour, but having a guide gives you so much more information than you would get on your own, so I would recommend doing a tour if you care about the history of these places.

The walking part was very interesting. So much history. Tour leader Elizabeth was very knowledgeable. Skip the queue worth it. Doge’s palace amazing. St Mark’s basilica incredible

First, our guide was so nice. But, he was so hard to understand. The tour was about 3x longer than it should have been as far as attention spans of the tourists. I've never been on a tour where people were literally falling asleep during the tour. Good information here and there, but probably much too detailed for the average tourist.

Excellent walking tour, no waiting in lines. She kept us moving and learning. The tour of Doger's Palace was wonderful and we learned so much history and interesting information on rooms, paintings, family life. Saw Marco Polo's birthplace, small back streets and shops without getting lost, and much more. But, St. Marks Bascilica has to be the most beautiful church in the world. The Vatican is awesome, but St. Marks is beautiful beyond description. Do not hesitate to take this tour. Be on time or you will be left.

Bei den 4.Optionen (Sprache) ,bei der Buchung , ist es nicht möglich die deutschsprachige Führung zu fixieren, springt immer auf die Option "französisch ".?
