I booked the 3 island tour and it was the most disappointing day ever!
1. The instruction of getting to the location were not great but we managed to get there okay.
2. The start of your was LATE!!!!!!
3. We were told to arrive at 12.15 for 12.30 departure but they themselves got there much later than 12:45!!!
4. The guide was siting 3-4 languages - Italian, English, French and Spanish.
5. When she was talking we could barely hear what she was saying - it was just mumble jumble
6. The first stop we were on the island for over 3 hours - which was the longest time and whilst enough time to explore - a bit TOOOO LONG!
7. The return pick up was LATE!!!!!
8. This meant the second island Burano - everything was closing as we got there just before 5pm. and we were only there for 1hour - NOT long enough!
9. Since everything was closed we couldnt get hot drinks or even use a toilet!
10. Last stop - pitch black. Most people didnt want to leave the boat as it was cold and it was raining at this point. Again - nothing open - no coffee or use of toilet!
Overall - I think it's a waste of time in the winter for this tour.
It might be nice in the summer - but i guess thats just a risk you'd need to take.

This tour was on time and comfortable. We had a nice young lady as our guide. I gave the tour a low rating because she delivered her commentary in I think 4 languages, you couldn’t understand any of it due to a very poor audio/acoustic system.
Also, it was a very long day - 6 hours…and 7 hours by the time we were dropped off at the train station. (They charged us 10 euros to go to the train station which they were going to anyway which annoyed me.)
Torcello, though it may be of significant historical importance, I could have done without. Take a tour that goes to just Murano and Burano and is not longer than 4-5 hours.

What a beautiful tour! Burano is simply amazing wit all the colourful houses and I loved the glass blowing in murano. Will definitely come back

Beautiful day trip to the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello with the company Raphael of Chioggia. Departure at 9.30 am and arrival in Murano at about 11.10 am. Beautiful tour of the lagoon, breaks between islands correct as timing to visit the islands with their wonders! Lunch break in Burano . About an hour to visit Torcello (enough time since there is only the preserved Romanesque Church). Return to Chioggia around 6pm. Lucky as weather (warm but sometimes cloudy!). There are many kiosks for refreshment in the different stages and many delicious shops! To be redone in less hot period !😄🛳️

Excursions to absolutely do when traveling to Venice!

As soon as we arrived at the collection point they immediately took the last name from the reservation and immediately gave us the tickets. Punctual departure. Throughout the journey the guide told us about all the places we passed by. Once we arrived in Murano we witnessed the demonstration of glass blowing. Good experience. Afterwards we went to Burano where we had the freedom to visit it. Beautiful with the colorful houses. Finally in Torcello we didn't see much because the day was very hot and we stopped at a bar along the canal. Precise and punctual guidance. Remember to be on time for the ship's departures because they don't wait. Beautiful experience.

In each of these locations there was very little to do. In Murano the glass blowing demo was interesting but then there was not much else to do or see. Torcello was little more than restaurants. Burano did hold some interest with the colourful houses but here again there was not much to the island. All in all the trip was not as good as expected. Not really worth the cost.

De trip opzich was geweldig. We zaten op een goede boot met meer dan genoeg ruimte en leuke uitleg van de tourguide.
Maar, vertrekken was stressvol, we stonden op de verkeerde plaats (deze was aangegeven in de omschrijving, maar daar was dus niemand van de organisatie) en er was eerst geen boot. Hierdoor vertrokken we te laat en kwamen ook te laat terug waardoor we moesten haasten om onze trein te halen. Heel vervelend.

This tour was phenomenal! I had already been to Murano and Venice once before but I was taking some friends on their first time and this tour taught me so much! I'm more of the exploring type and that is exactly what this tour does, they talk about the history of the islands while on the boat and then once you arrive onto the three separate Islands you have time to explore on your own. Murano we watched glass blowing and then toured around a few sections of the town. In Burano my friend and I ate tapas at a great restaurant and saw all the colorful homes. Lastly at Torcello, the church and several remaining buildings take you back into medieval time. I loved this tour and the prices were very reasonable. I would go again for this tour.
