Dear Reem, Thank you for your kind review. We are happy to hear that your kids enjoyed their experience with us that's the most important thing. About the value of our Art you are giving us, saying that "we were not exhibiting marvelous glass work", I'm so sorry to tell you that you wrote something very sad for the history and the importance of Murano Glass (that's completely different from the "commercial glass" that you find in other countries). Our family started in the 1565 and we have our family chandelier at the entrance of "Museo del Vetro di Murano" (Museum of the Glass in Murano) where tourists can visit and admire only the best Glass Works of the island. In our Glass Studio you saw the same chandeliers that clients admire at the Museum but probably you didn't understand the value and the importance and this is sad for us. Anyway each of us has a different taste so probably you didn't like our style that's pretty modern compared to the rest of the island and that's the style that makes us famous and different all over the world. The Experience you booked includes the Glass Factory visit with the Glass blowing Show of the Masters and the visit of the other departments including our show-room where, only if you are interested, you have the opportunity to admire and buy our art pieces. Since the beginning the guide tells you that there is absolutely No obligation in buying something as the most important thing for us is to leave you with a memorable experience of the Glass work you have seen. When clients are interested in something we are there for this, to make what they like at the best price as we are producers Not resellers like many other factories. We are not a Museum but we are a Factory where we produce and we sell what we make to keep alive the millennial family tradition. Anyway I would like to remark that you can visit our Factory only booking a private visit (like you did) specially because we don't want to create a touristy place like the rest of the island but we care about the experience of each single visitor.
