Mr Mario Giampetruzzi was patiently wait for us when we finally passed the passport control and got our luggage. He’s very friendly, warm, kind and with great customer service, Mr Mario represent very well the company, very professional and went for an extra mile for us, when we arrived at the property Mr Mario dropped us but after 30min I realised that forgot my bag in the car I called him straight away and he agreed and tranquilizes me that we would come back to bring me my bag, he was very attentive and quick. We love Treviso Car Transfers, Wold Class Customer Service indeed. Thank you Mr Mario you a 5 stars GRAZIE Tanta from Eduardo Costa

The driver showed up 2 hours before I asked for a taxi…he decided is better for us to wait 6 hours in the airport.
Secondly, the drive was very unsafe, he held the phone in his hand all the way to the destination…and I think he indicated just 3 times, changing of direction, on our way….it’s unbelievable how he made it to the destination….

I HIGHLY recommend this service;
We booked a transfer from the Airport to our Hotel close to San Marco and the whole process was smooth and organised perfectly.
We were worried about having a delay with our flight arrival but our driver was impeccable and when we indeed arrived with a delay we were relieved to see he was promptly waiting for us at the door. We reserved a van and it was perfect, they then drove us to the city center to catch a water taxi (the driver also accompanied us to the water taxi on foot to make sure everything was perfect for us) and this part was also impeccable.
Communication with them is very easy and we got our answers always in under 24 hours via email. Thank you Marta, and to our driver.

Marta and the Team were excellent, accommodating all requests on our visit to Italy, short and long trips. Vehicles excellent, clean, chauffeurs well groomed and always polite going above and beyond assisting with my mom and her wheel chair needs fantastic service. "5 Star"all the way.

I waited until the last minute to figure out how to get from Venice to Treviso airport and booked just a day in advance. They were super quick to respond and get us a ride from Piazzale Roma. €20 deposit to confirm and paid the remaining €60 once we arrived at the airport. Our driver was kind, and prompt! Worth the price for early morning flights if you don't want to faff with the bus & timetables.

We used this service to and from Marco Polo Airport a few weeks ago from Santa Chiara Hotel for 4 people. (girl's trip pre-cruise!) The driver, Pietro was awesome! The car was roomy, and Pietro was very informative and entertaining.
Two of us also used this service to get to Treviso Airport after the cruise was finished, didn't get the driver's name but he was also excellent. I highly recommend Treviso Car Service!

We used Treviso Car Service during our trip to Venice for a cruise departure. The transfer service provided to get 4 of us ( and all of our luggage) to Ravenna for a cruise departure was a great experience— flawless hotel to water taxi to van to cruise port transfer. We also had the return transfer from Ravenna to Venice. Not as easy because one of our party had an injury and was on crutches. The driver also dropped us off at the wrong hotel BUT the dispatcher fixed the problem, sending another driver immediately and offering profuse apologies
We also booked a day tour to visit Prosecco wineries outside of Venice. This was one of the best days of our entire vacation!! Treviso Car Service arranged for a water taxi then a car with an extremely knowledgeable, personable, and likable driver. He was able to get us easily to Bisol winery where a tour guide/sommelier provided us with a wonderful tour and tasting. Then a lunch at an amazing restaurant was set up — best seats in the entire venue and unbelievable service and food. Our driver then took us to Canevel winery where another tour and tasting had been arranged.
Treviso Car Service did a remarkable job of arranging not just the transportation but also the entire experience of the Prosecco country around Venice. The price was reasonable but the entire experience was priceless.

We had a short time between disembarking our cruise ship in Ravenna and our flight out of VCE. Our Treviso driver was waiting for us when we walked of the ship. The vehicle was very comfortable and spotless. He had waters and mints next to our seats. We arrived to the airport in plenty of time. Also, from the time of booking, Marta provided clear and responsive communication via email. Highly recommend Treviso for reliable and comfortable transfer. Excellent service.
