Fantastic tour of the Doges Palace and Basilica San Marco. Our tour guide was excellent and she gave us free tickets to Museo Correr, a fascinating museum in St. Mark’s Square.

Good tour but tour guide talks all the time and we missed going to Musso corner which was part if the tour. She gave us tickets to go on our own later. Not ideal when your itinerary is already planned. Nice lady but accent is very heavy and difficult to understand.

The Guide was super knowledgeable projected very well. She answered all our questions and seemed really passionate about Venice we really would not have had any idea or gut the most out of our trips to the palace and Bascilluca

The tour only included 2 items with a guide dodges palace and st marks basilica. The basilica was closed, but no one told us even though we booked less than 24 in advance. The tour guide was like oops so sorry contact the tour company. Maybe they can give you a refund. We left Venice the next morning so no chance of rebooking. Hopefully will get a refund.

Yes, it is, and the lines (especially for Doge's) were really long. The guide was great; we would not have known what we were looking at otherwise.

One reviewer commented this tour is not a "skip the line" tour. Please explain what they mean. "Included are pre-reserved tickets". Don't guests meet the guide at an assigned time and go in at that time with their ticket? What is the process please. Thank you.

Yes the bridge of sighs was included. We crossed it twice during the tour. The balcony was not included.
