C'était une expérience très agréable et nous avons préparé beaucoup de plats. De plus, la professeur avait aussi préparé d'autres plats traditionnels avec sa mère. Nous avons mangé avec la famille et c'était unique et chaleureux.

All I can say is Wow!!! What an experience! Cristiana and her mother invited us in to their home to teach us how to make orecchiette pasta. They taught us good technique and shared other recipes with us as well. They had an entire meal prepared for us too! They treated us like family! We all had a wonderful multicourse meal and had great conversation after we made the pasta. Truly an experience you can never get at a restaurant. We felt like we were one of the family. Definitely an unforgettable experience.

Une très belle découverte de Bari en compagnie de Giada (Jade) qui s’exprime dans un parfait français ! C’est aussi une rencontre humaine et gustative avec Carmela qui nous a appris la confection des orrechiettes 😃🍝👍

The host cancelled as they didn’t accept bookings of one, they messaged me to tell me it had been cancelled and they would process it that day. I had been in contact again on Tuesday asking when they would cancel it as it was still showing as completed. It’s now Thursday still haven’t received confirmation it has been cancelled. Unsure if this is an issue with Trip Advisor or the operator, however it has not been a delightful experience.

hello i m sorry about your experience . however it s clearly stated that we do not accept booking for one because we would not cover the expenses. hope you will be back in Bari to arrange it again.

Our host and her mother were great. We learned how to make oriecchette, then we had a lovely dinner with pasta and other typical homemade food from the region. It was an amazing experience. 😊😍

Mario was a great host and teacher. His passion for cooking,teaching and his home ,Apuglia ,was inspiring. We laughed and learned a lot and had a wonderful meal to top the experience off. He even provided a list with recommendations to ensure we got the most out of our stay. Highly recommended!

On a passé une très chouette soirée chez Mario. Il a réalisé la pâte à la semoule de blé dur et eau puis il nous a expliqué comment donner la forme aux orecchiete et on a pu tous mettre la main à la pâte. L’échange avec Mario était très agréable et nous avons appris plein de choses sur la culture italienne.
