Me and my wife had an amazing cooking class with Fernanda. We were welcomed with opened arms by Fernanda and her family - husband, daughter and granddaughter - in the home in a village 30 min from Bari. Fernanda organized for us to be picked up by car in Bari city for a fair price which was great. Then we spent a couple of hours talking and cooking. It was less focus on the details of cooking, but a lot of fun to make home made pasta, tomatoe sauce and tiramisu. However, the best part was to spend the evening chatting and getting to know Fernanda and her lovely family. A wonderful experience!

We had an incredible evening, and unforgettable experience with Sara, her daughter, and Francesco hosted in her beautiful home. They were so warm, inviting and kind, we shared excellent conversation and laughter, and of course, amazing food. We had panzerotti, made four different ways (including vegan), had fennel to digest, a lovely rosé wine, and finished with some limoncello and dolce homemade by Sara. It was brilliant. Grazie Mille Sarah and family and thank you for making our stay unforgettable. Love from Canada, Jen and Tom

Hello -- I have a few questions -- we will be in Apulia for 2 months -- sept (Polignano a Mare) and oct (Giovinazzo). We can also easily come to Bari during those months. I will be working at Politechnico di Bari.
My wife and I would like private class -- just the two of us -- if possible. From the title of this one, It sounds like this class is private ? Where can we take the class? Mostly in Bari, or is Polignano a Mare and Giovinazzo possible?
Also - can you tell us what three dishes would be most likely? Fave e cicoria? Orecchiette? If orecchiette, would we complete the dish or just make the orecchiette? We would most appreciate making the whole dinner if possible, and maybe dessert. Thank you in advance.

Ciao - ho qualche domanda - saremo in Puglia per 2 mesi - settembre (Polignano a Mare) e ottobre (Giovinazzo). Possiamo anche venire facilmente a Bari in quei mesi. Lavorerò al Politechnico di Bari.
Mia moglie e io vorremmo lezioni private - solo noi due - se possibile. Dal titolo di questo, sembra che questa classe sia privata? Dove possiamo prendere la lezione? Principalmente a Bari, oppure è possibile Polignano a Mare e Giovinazzo?
