What a wonderful food tour with Georgina.,She told us much about city of Bari and we tasted wonderful high quality food products from her favorite places
Focaccia, mussels, cheese and meat and a meal a pasta nonnas house in old town. She is a wealth of knowledge , recommended locally owned small spots for shopping and wasting later in the day. Don’t hesitate to book with her

We were so excited about taking this tour. The lunch, wine tasting, historical explanation of the beautiful city were all things we were looking forward to on a lovely fall morning on our only full day in Bari.
We got to the designated spot about 10 minutes before the starting time of 11:00am. And waited. At about 11:10 we attempted to call the number listed. An automated response let my husband leave a message. (When I tried the number the next morning I got a recorded message saying “This number has not been assigned, please check and try again.”)
We waited until 11:30 then left.
I don’t know what we could have done differently. We would obviously like to get a refund but it’s unclear how to do so.

Hi Margaret, I'm so sorry about this, please forgive me, I would never purposefully leave a customer waiting or want to let them down in any way. It was a genuine mistake and i'm so sad to have disappointed a customer. I have not been receiving messages from my trip advisor account which has led to some confusion which is fixed now. However I completely understand your disappointment and frustration, and only today when I received a message about the refund you received did I realise the situation. But I have confirmed with trip advisor that your refund has been sent and please accept my deepest apologies.

Thank you Georgina for accommodating me at the last minute. Very much appreciated. Tour was fun, informative and the food and drinks were plentiful and delicious. I would recommend this tour to anyone who has three hours in Bari to spare and wants a quick overview of the sights and foods of Bari. You are a true gem. Hope to see you again one day in beautiful Bari.

This was a really good food tour! The food was delicious and Georgina’s knowledge of the local food and wine was excellent. There were five of us on the tour and we had a very enjoyable time.

As husband and wife with only a few days in Bari, we contacted Georgina to arrange a walk around food tour. She was very quick to respond and very interesting to speak to as an English expat as we speak little Italian.
We came away with a deeper appreciation for Bari’s hidden food treasures and culture. Thank you Georgina for a wonderful tour and treasured memories.

Georgina’s knowledge and passion for food made this relaxed meander around beautiful Bari a better tour than expected! Sharing her own experiences and love of the local specialities with snippets of history of the city and ending with a very genuine and welcoming meal experience in a family home. Thanks Georgina, we’ll definitely recommend your Puglia Plates tour and Bari to any foodie travellers!

We booked online in Australia. Georgina contacted us well in advance providing us with tour information. The tour was not just about food. Georgina shared her local knowledge of Bari history, as well as her love of Bari food and wine. Georgina's knowledge of the local history was a bonus as we moved through the streets to the different food tasting experiences. We would rate this tour 11 out of 10. The last destination on the food tour is an amazing experience and we were really immersed in the Bari culture. Book now as you don't want to miss this incredible experience. Congratulations to you Georgina very proud of the tour you have created.

We have done many food tours in various contries. This tour was as good as any of them and better than just about every one of them. The Guide was informative and kind. The venues were intimate, excellently selected for variety and in locations that we would never have found on our own. The amount of food we sampled filled us to the brim. We wish the Guide the very best success. We unreservedly recomend this tour.

The food tour was great! So amazing to try typical foods in places we never would have found alone. Georgina was informative and clearly passionate about Bari and the food. The lunch was particularly special! My kids really enjoyed the tour too, which was an added bonus. Thank you!
