All shops inside the Marina sell different experiences, you booked a tour, small sized with groups max 12 people per Boat, where lunch isn’t included, why did you booked if you want lunch and a bigger boat? It’s clearly written before to book the options.. We have no restrictions in who we board, infants, child , youths, adults and senior and even small and well behaved pets are all welcome onboard. All members of staff starts at 08am, we can’t understand where’s the lateness, check in process starts at 08:30am. For safety reasons and to avoid steps and walks on our boat cushions we kindly ask everyone to don’t use shoes onboard, you were the one that were breaking this rule all day, it’s okay, we pass. Its clearly displayed that there’s no toilets on board during the small Boat Tour, neither at the coves we visit as we are in the unspoiled part of Sardinia, that’s why people visits this places. There’s room and storage for back packs and cooler bag too, if clients need it we can store but if they want to hold it we let them do what they prefer, easy. Life jackets are located and labeled where in every single boat, also the guides before leave the Port points up where are they located in case of emergency, we did that day. You paid 10€ extras to have a guided tour inside one of the most beautiful caves in Italy, Grotta del Fico, not to have a restroom there. You visited one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia and you were looking for running fresh water in the beaches we dropped off, nonsense. Nothing can get wet, how? It’s under your responsibility to keep your belongings. We can’t understand much this feedback, but maybe its the difference of culture that separe us, you were from Israel, I remember that day, very well, stepping on top of the cushion with the shoes, overtalking while the Guide was explaining all signs, having you as a guest was very difficult, hard to managing. Since the early morning, upon you’ve you’ve arrived you also tried to attempt to skip the queue getting the other people already in line.
