It was a wonderful experience. Melina, our guide, is very good prepared and above all manages to convey her love for the territory and for Sardinia. We were able to really pass from the mountainous territory to the sea through a wonderful guided tour made of culture and nature. On board the Jeep we had so much fun crossing paths surrounded by greenery reaching wonderful landscapes. Highly recommended!!!

The proposed road looked beautiful, it was the weather that was not with us.

Melina was not only friendly and kind but a world of knowledge. Shes so passionate about Sardinia and the earth. We would recommend this tour for anyone looking for something different and fun… Mario took us to see some beautiful places and we learned some history about the island . Highly recommended and the topper was petting the Sardinian donkeys!

In family of 10, we made 2 excursions with Melina's team. 4x4 sea mountain with shepherd meeting then excursion capo camino biderosa.
These are two great experiences: Alternating hikes in beautiful landscapes and cultural explanations Melina and her team shared their passion for the beautiful Sardinian country.
We also recommend for serious organization and preparation in advance of the trip

My family spent a day exploring the interior mountains of northeastern Sardinia with our wonderful polyglot guide Melina. Taking the 4WD LandCruiser up a very steep and uneven dirt road into the “Supramonte,” we found ourselves walking in a silent home oak forest — miles and miles away (in every sense) from the crowds packing the beaches along the coast.
We did a short hike to see the views of the valley below us and a natural arch. And then we headed to lunch with a local shepherd, who used to spend his days almost entirely alone (if you don’t count his 140 goats, whom he milks by hand twice a day!), but who has since started supplementing his income by welcoming tourists into his camp for lunch.
All of the amazing food we ate at lunch — from the salame to the various goat milk cheeses (I will never call it “pecorino romano” again — it’s pecorino sardo!) to the goat ragu (delicious) was made by our shepherd host.
We learned a lot about Sardinia’s past and future on this tour. How it has often been treated like a colony of Italy, and how the current push to establish huge wind and solar farms on the island — at the expense of local livelihoods like the shepherd’s — is only the latest chapter in a long sad story of taking from the island but never giving back.
I’m so glad we got to do this tour — as bumpy and hot as that damn LandCruiser was! I loved those turquoise waters we swam in all week, but to view Sardinia only through the lens of its (albeit stunning) outlines without learning anything about what lies within would be to miss out on quite a lot.

Thank you again Simone for welcoming us with our two children. Everything was perfect. Pick up at the Inn, in the morning in 4x4 where we learned a lot about Sardinian flora and fauna. And of course on cultures and translations. The stop at the beach is beautiful! We would have liked to have had time for another excursion on our stay.

Great stay, very well organized and everything I wanted. The entire Evaneos team was excellent in making this stay the unforgettable gift I wanted to give to my friend. I think I'll leave it to them to organize the next one. Thanks again to the whole team, Mélina, Jessica, Simone and all those who participated in the organization.

The landscape was magnificent, even if the wind blew very strongly up high in areas that were difficult to access by car. The experience with the 4x4 was unprecedented. The meal with the shepherds was a convivial moment, good humor was present.
