It was well worth doing a trip this way, and lovely to have the chance to explore beyond the city - not so easy as a tourist in Cagliari if you don’t have a car. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. It was a very well organised trip and we learned a lot, from him as well as from the sites we visited. Highly recommended.

We had a terrific time with Franco. Su Nuraxi was amazing - much more impressive than I had imagined in advance. We had a beautiful drive into the countryside with Franco as he told us about Sardinia, then a fantastic tour of Su Nuraxi (you buy separate tickets when you arrive). Then Franco drove us up to the top of a high plateau with an amazing view of the countryside where we saw wild horses and cork trees and learned about the local landscape. We drove back as the sun set and saw even more beautiful views coming down from the plateau. This is a perfect time of day to do this trip and it was a lovely way to see outside of Cagliari. Franco was a wonderful guide.

Me and my sister enjoyed the tour a lot. It's a perfect combination of history and nature. Su Nuraxi is a must see and the giara plato with wild hourses is not far from it. So a perfect combo. Franco kept us entertained and informed about different things. Loved the tour!!! We highly recommend it.

Very informative tour on the history of Sardinia, super Guide and we were very pleasantly surprised by the view granted to us by the Fortress of Su Nuraxi with a visit to a museum present right next door!

I had a great time. This was the perfect solution for visiting Su Nuraxi without my own car, and the journey up to see the horses was delightful, both for the horses and the views along the drive.

It was a tour to Nurage, which is difficult to reach by public transport. There was also an explanation about Sardinia, and they enlivened us with music along the way, which we enjoyed. They also introduce us to Sardinian restaurants in Japan.

It was raining a lot so barrumini was closed so change of plan and went to another site. The horses at giara were great and we were taken very close to them. Guide Franco was excellent and top marks!

The excursion with the guide Franco is highly recommended, we visited Barumini and afterward he did not take us to see horses, he told us interesting things during the trip

Our tour guide Franco is the best. The whole trip is informative and letting us to know lots more of Sardinia including its history. Barumini is an amazing place worth exploring with its own uniqueness. After visiting the historical site, we went to Giara to watched wild horses grazing in field. Sceneries through the country road are also beautiful and we were very relaxed during the trip.

When booking this tour, it is requiring that I enter a cruise ship and I will not be apart of a cruise ship at all. I am not able to purchase without it being filled in. Am I missing some explanation as to why I would need to be a part of a cruise ship?

Good Afternoon
We would really like to do the tour above but when I went to book, I noticed there are only two set times that it leaves. We are travelling to Cagliari via MSC Divina on Tuesday 8/10/19 and our ship doesn't dock till 9:00 and sails again at 17:00. Is there anyway that the above tour could start an hour later ? or do you have any other similar tours that you can suggest for us?
