I do not recommend. We ordered two pairs of trekking shoes that were on offer - we did not receive them, which resulted in the destruction of our own. There is also no reception from the hotel - when we called to determine the details, no one answered. The guide said the office is closed. Tasting is trying free samples in the shop...

Hello, the shoes as per the site description must be booked 24 hours in advance, the pick up is not included, and it is written in all our descriptions. If you wanted the pick up in the structure, when the booking confirmation arrives (even there it says that you must present yourself at the meeting point), and you read that there was no pick up, cancel, and choose another company that from this service, moreover, the office is closed on Sundays (always written). I am sorry that you have made a review without reading our description, many inconveniences would have been avoided

Very well organised trip with a lot of information from the guide Andrea!l …not only about Etna but also about the City of Catania and Sicily. He is a very nice and kind guide with good english.The course of the trip was flexible taking into account the weather conditions. Highly recommend!
