Had a lovely time with Luca learning how to make Arrancino! The amount of food we were left with was also unbelievable and the staff let us take home everything we couldn't eat on the night. Excellent evening all round! Thank you team!

Fun instructor. Clear instructions. An enormous quantity of delicious food. Lots of variety. Even a great bonus dessert. We’re very glad we decided to sign up for this and are really looking forward to making arancini at home.

We had an amazing time with our lovely instructor. He was super fun and relaxed, and there were plenty of interesting ingredients to experiment with. Strongly recommend giving this a try!

What a wonderful experience my husband and I had learning how to make arancini the Sicilian way. Maurice explained each step as we went along. This was truly a “hands on” cooking class. I would highly recommend any of the cooking classes at this restaurant. Our arancini came our delicious and perfect. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

I took this class solo with Chef Stefano. I had a great time as it was entertaining as well as informative. I was also given a short tour of the kitchen as well. I now know how to cook authentic arancino! After the cooking clas, I stayed and had an amazing fish soup! They wait staff was attentive and friendly as well. I will defintely make sure I stop here if I am in Sicily again!

My best friends and I agree that learning how to make Arancino at Porto Messina Restaurant was one of our top 3 activies in Taormina. Stefano + Luca were excellent hosts/teachers and were well-prepared for us.
This lesson allowed us to take a little bit of Sicily home with us because now, when we miss the island, we make ourselves Arancino and we are instantly transported back.

A very enjoyable evening, myself & 2 grown up daughters spent an evening with Giovanni learning how to make Aranchini. We were given coffee, hors devours & wine. It was fun & of course we got to eat what we made. Also took home the rest of the Aranchini balls.

We had a wonderful time learning to make the Sicilian classic street food. The ingredients were fantastic and the chef was informative and fun. Definitely go to this two hour event and eat your creations. We are bringing these techniques back to our friends in California.

Thank you for the wonderful experience of preparing the best Arancine of the world. We will bring it home to family and friends. As for the experience itself: the guide (kitchen chef) was super friendly and passionate. Even cooking beginners can make very nice Arancine. Also the other staff made us feel at home. Would recommend this tour and would book here again, A+
