We did the half day Mt Etna Tour with Maurizio. Maurizio is a gentleman and great company. The tour is excellent. Great trails going up through a wonderful forest and again coming down through forest trails of pyroclastic ash. Bikes were top notch and in perfect working order. Highly recommend this experience 👍

We spent a week with Etna Bike Tours visiting beautiful UNESCO towns and amazing rural locations with beautiful vistas and fantastic wild flowers and nature. This team shares their love of Sicily with excellent knowledge of local tracks and sites and amazing places to eat. The bikes were first class and the organisation excellent. An amazing trip, highly recommended, can’t wait to come back.

The 1/2 day e-bike and wine tasting tour is excellent! The bikes are very high quality and well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. The choice of winery was also one of the best in the Etna wine region.

Noleggiato MTB 29" muscolare per escursione sull'Etna. La bicicletta, praticamente nuova, era in ottimo stato e preparata a puntino da Maurizio che con il furgone ci ha portato da Milo fino al rifugio Sapienza da dove parte l'escursione. Giro da Sud ad Est con rientro a Milo attraversando colate laviche, boschi e pinete in una giornata di sole fantastica (un pò ventosa....pazienza) e paesaggi mozzafiato. Da provare anche il round trip che parte ed arriva a Milo con passaggio al rifugio Citelli. Maurizio, il titolare, cortese e preparato tecnicamente. Consigliato da tornarci.

Beautiful trip, wonderful forrest. The guide was super nice and very knowledgeable about volcano's, he shared a lot of the history of Etna. He spoke english better than most Italians.
The bikes are great, can regulate the aid from the motor, to your preference. You can join those who are on a different fitness level, and have a great trip.
Would do it again.
Discloser: you wont reach the summit. Only around 1800m, so half way there.

Vi havde en fantastisk MTB tur på Etna - to vokse og to teenagere. De varmeste anbefalinger herfra både til Etna Bike Tours og måden at udforske Etna og den omkringliggende natur på.

What a fab experience. We all had so much fun. The ebikes are amazing and enabled us to get up the mountain easily, through gorgeous off road areas as well as roads. We had kids from ages 9 to 13 and they coped fine with constant vigilance by Liz and Mariella who were so lovely. The lunch at Barbara’s house was such a delightful way to finish. Fresh local ingredients made for a gorgeous meal.

Bellissimo giro in E-bike sulle pendici dell'Etna, paesaggi splendidi e unici. Guida molto gentile e preparata.
A conclusione dellla pedalata un buonissimo pranzo "gourmet" in una location rilassante e panoramica.
Consiglio a tutti di fare questa esperienza.
Noi il prossimo anno rifaremo sicuramente un altro itinerario in loro compagnia :-)

I was traveling with my 14-year-old son. Maurizio and his team organized a customized three-day e-mountain bike trip for us. It was PERFECT. Great trails. Great food. Great hotels. But the best part of it was the Etna Bike Tours team that we worked with Maurizo and Mariela. Mariela guided us one day and Maurizio guided us two days. They were both well-prepared, and friendly and they accommodated all our special requests.

We were lucky enough to pick such an incredible sunny day in January. Maurizio took us to one of the several fascinating paths around Etna and we had the chance to see the stunning view of the smoking craters in a vivid cloudless blue sky. Along the way my 11-year-old daughter had a little trouble with some climbing but Maurizio was so patient, encouraging and supportive that made our day special and memorable.
