We were fortunate enough to be the only couple in the class today. Momma and Federica helped us prepare, cook, and eat a meal of panelle, arancini, and orange jelly for dessert. Since my wife is also Italian, they shared many experiences together, and we left with knowledge, full stomachs, and happy hearts. This was truly the best experience we could have had for our first day in Palermo! Highly recommend this experience!

Wir haben einen sizilianischen kochkurs mitgemacht. Die Gerichte waren sehr lecker und die Köchin und Übersetzerin waren supper nett! Es war so gut erklärt, dass selbst wir als unbegabte Köche Erfolg hatten.

Great way to spend our morning. Teacher was knowledgeable and easy going. Both Maria and her assistant Gina were lovely and patient. We cooked cod in a delicious tomato based sauce, pasta with shrimp pesto and of course, cannoli! ( who knew we could make our own cannolis!!!)

Tout à été parfait de l accueil à la dégustation! Nous avons été accueillis par la cheffe avec une traductrice adorables toutes les deux! La cuisine est fantastiquemznt aménagée piur le cours et tout était préparé avec amour!
Nous avons pris le temps de cuisiner le menu sicilien et vraiment l expérience est inoubliable !
Notre dégustation était très sympa, avec nos hôtes, nous avons bien ri et échangé !! Tout parfait!!!!!

So much fun with cooking class, learning to make Sicilian streetfood. Lovely atmosphere, good flavours, excellent teaching and translation🤩 No rush to finish and well spent money!! Our daughter loved it too and got inspired to cook for her friends.

5 people, 3 languages, 100% fun!
We made 3 dishes. Each had a station and cooked their own. It was like dinner and a show. Would do it again for sure.

What an excellent moment with « La Mamma » !! Experience for my birthday with my girlfriend, we cooked « pannele », « arrancine » and « watermelon », it was absolutely gorgeous! The Chief is an amazing person, so nice, careful and a great teacher. There was also Chiara, translater/cooker who made this experience unforgettable. Thank you so much. Travellers : one of the best place in Palermo !
