The Cinque Terre tour is one of our bestsellers and it offers the chance to visit 4 out of 5 lands and enjoy the magnificent landscape other than the opportunity to get on a mini cruise on the crystalline sea. That’s why lots of tourists are happy to join this tour with us so it goes without saying that there are lots of participants. The tour you are reviewing is our regular group tour, we don’t know where you have read that this would have been a small group tour but there must have been a mistake. We offer this tour as private or semi-private at a higher price, perhaps, it would have been the best option for you and maybe you thought you had booked one of these last two. Maybe the high season is not the best period to visit the 5 Terre since they are very crowded so it can be a little bit more complicated taking trains but with the support and help of our tour leaders, it is not so difficult. In fact, as you are saying, our tour leaders managed to keep the whole group together. We are happy that you noticed that they are very experienced despite so many people that were visiting the 5 Terre. Since you are not specifying the date of the tour, we can’t trace back to the tour leader in charge but all of our staff know very well how to run this tour. In fact, they give a wide explanation about the whole day inside the bus ride in the morning and then at every meeting point they all have a blackboard where they write information about the next meeting time. Once the group gets off the trains, the tour leader gives information and tips about the village that clients are visiting. We are sorry to read that you could barely hear him.
