- SchloshZ00Siena, San Gimignano的充实旅行在佛罗伦萨旅行的日子里我们报名参加了CiaoFlorence组织的Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni与品酒的一日游。一天四个地方的确很紧张，不像我们平常自由行的悠闲，但是旅行安排的紧凑使得效率也很高。48人一团，我们四个人是唯一来自亚洲的旅客，但和来自五湖四海的游客也聊的很开心，这的确是一个认识朋友、欣赏风景、学习艺术文化的好机会。导游Antonio非常耐心，为我们详细介绍每一个景点。在Siena还为我们提供导游讲解器，方便了解教堂内部作品信息。 唯一美中不足的就是在报名联络方式的选择上有些不方便，为了剩下国际漫游费，我选择用Whatsapp与他们联系，但是并没有及时得到回复，即便信息都显示“已阅”；后来只能打电话向他们报名，通话质量不清晰使得我的名字也被听错，报名 voucher也没有发到我的邮箱内（估计也是听错了），还好出发当天比较顺利，不用过于担心。

digamos que a preocupação da nossa guia era com os de língua espanhola e inglesa...brasileiros não eram importantes e em um país com uma das melhores culinárias do mundo, comemos uma das piores pastas da minha vida..atendimento horrível, comida horrível, cordialdade da guia sofrível.

This day trip allowed for the right amount of time at each stop. The guide, Jacobo, was helpful and clear in his instructions of where and when to meet after we explored on our own. Although popular tourist destinations, none of the villages nor Siena seemed overrun with tourists. The bus ride from and back to Florence was comfortable, but a bit cramped. The countryside is beautiful. The wine tasting was also very enjoyable and informative.

Journée parfaite entre visites passionnantes et bons vins. Le guide Stefano et notre conducteur Orlando ont été géniaux. La dégustation était parfaite. Notre guide de Sienne était également passionnante. Bref c’est une journée bien remplie mais à mettre à l’agenda.

Driver Michele was courteous and kept us safe and secure.
Tour Guide,Gabrielle, gave us a lot of interesting and useful information along our journey. He was well organised and told us exactly what we had to do. Meeting points , return times etc.
Gabrielle was professional but highly approachable, friendly and courteous . He was also entertaining and “simpatico “ and made our journey an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Tour Guide,Gabrielle, gave us a lot of interesting and useful information along our journey. He was well organised and told us exactly what we had to do. Meeting points , return times etc.

I used Ciao Florence on the 24th Aug, our Tour Guides where Martina and Serena. The Tour I went on was: DAY TOUR FROM FLORENCE TO SIENA, SAN GIMIGNANO, MONTERIGGIONI & CHIANTI WINE REGION WITH WINE TASTING. Upon arrival, Serena advised the group to make sure we meet up with the bus on time otherwise we will be left behind. That seemed fair to me at the time, as I myself like to be on time and not be late to anything. However, on our last stop in San Gimignano, we were told to meet at the bus stop in 1.5hrs. After I toured the town, I tried to find the bus stop outside the gates and I could not locate the bus stop as it was too far from the entrance. The bus turistico sign is not pointing to any direction, I had no reception, I kept walking around and managed to get reception so I called the girl that was sitting next to me on the bus and told her I was lost, she let Serena know and she told her to tell me to hurry up, and the girl begged for her to wait for me as she wanted to leave me behind. I got to the bus 14mins late, I apologised to Serena and she told me “people are waiting!” there was no remorse or any sort of care to see if I was okay (the other people in the group where more concerned for my well being). Getting lost in a city you have never been to can be quite stressful and dauting. Suggestion: the tour guides should have everyone’s contact number incase they get lost or go missing. Its not nice to scare people and make them think they will be left behind.
Another thing I thought that was strange, after the tour they asked us for tips so they could go to the pub. I sure wasn’t going to tip them after how I was spoken to.

My fiancé and I attended the tour with Siena, San Gimignano, and Monteriggioni with the Chianti wine tasting. Constantino was our tour guide and made the whole experience very enjoyable and always had wonderful jokes!! I usually do not enjoy large tours as I feel like we don’t have enough time at each region but Constantino ensured we had enough time and would not rush you back into the bus. Also the Chianti wine tasting was an unbelievable experience, we bought many bottles for our friends/family. Definitely would recommend if you have a short time to spend in the Tuscan region!

Good option if you want to visit all highlights in one day, short in time and don't have a car.
We absolutely loved Sienna and San Gimignano!! Wonderful cities, nice excursions, good restaurants, museums, etc.
Monteriggioni could be skipped - the town doesn't look spectacular from inside. The best views are from far! We said that to our tour guide, mentioning that they should rather have a photo spot outside the town.
Winery visit - that was a REAL SCAM :D seriously funny!
We are wine specialists and hoped to visit at least a normal winery with descent produce. In reality it was a 1000% touristic place with awful wines priced like fine wines. Do not even think of buying it! The tasting guide there was something! Her speech and animation wasn't just funny, it was even dangerous sometimes for some guests. So lower your expectations and just wait till it's over ))
In total, we recommend this tour. Just with few little exceptions.

Fizemos o tour "DAY TOUR FROM FLORENCE TO SIENA, SAN GIMIGNANO, MONTERIGGIONI & CHIANTI WINE REGION WITH WINE TASTING", recomendado pelo hotel Cantoria onde estávamos hospedadas. I m sure it is. I recommend u to check on ciaoflorence, the official web of the agency that organized our tour. If not there, there are planty of similar agencies in Florence that can offer you a private tour. It might be more expensive but not impossible :-).

Hi, I'm looking to book this tour for July. However the earliest train arriving in Florence is 7.52am from my hotel location. What time does the bus leave at? I'm wondering if there is a 15 minute grace period to allow people to arrive via train? Thanks!

If I remeber well the bus left between 8'30-9'00, ten minutes walk from the station. So you have plenty of time. But I would check the summer timetables in case they change.
