I have written to you and am awaiting a resolution. We were extended a partial refund from Jamie of $35.80. This too makes no sense as we had to wait while the guide bought our tickets. What does 11:00 “skip the line” mean then??

Guida molto preparata, bellissima esperienza culturale. Puntuale l'ingresso senza coda. Abbiamo visitato il museo soffermandoci sulle opere principali ma con un filo conduttore che ha reso la visita molto interessante anche per i figli adolescenti

Visitare la Galleria dell' Accademia è un'emozione unica! Soprattutto se vissuta accompagnati da una guida preparatissima come Chiara: ascoltarla è stato un piacere, ci ha guidati per la galleria rendendo vivo ogni quadro, ogni scultura...rispondendo ad ogni nostra domanda, curiosità! Sicuramente non c è paragone fra una visita "fai da te" e una visita guidata così come ce l ha fatta Chiara! Complimenti!

Would absolutely recommend phoning as process is very simple , press 2 for the English speaking option , rather than reserving using the website , which kept crashing.
We toured quite a lot of Italy this month and for some sites you don’t need skip the line tickets eg Pompeii, Herculaneum and St. Peter’s basilica , but if you want to see David you definitely do !

We purchased skip-the-line tickets (no guided tour). The person showed up late and we had to wait another 20 minutes for him to give us our tickets. The biggest problem was that they mislead us about not having to wait in line, even though they knew fully well that we would have to wait in line with others who had reservations (which was an almost equally long line as the no-reservations line). The whole process took more an hour so I'm not sure how much time we saved (and this after paying more than 2x the official ticket price). Maybe our experience was an outlier but we would not recommend this service.

The Accademia Gallery tour is a tour with the skip the line ticket but during high season it makes it hard to pass immediately even in the skip the line part looking that the number of participants from different agencies is large number.
What we value most is the information we give inside the Accademia,and our well trained team is always working hard to give the best they can.
We hope to have you back again in the future to enjoy more tours with us!

We turned up on time. The guy with the ticket didn't about 25 minutes late. When he did he kept on walking off he didn't really explain why or where he was going. When he were handed our tickets no explanation was given as to which queue we had to join he just disappeared again. The fact there was a queue (albeit much shorter than the one for those that didn't have the skip the line tickets) wasn't a problem the fact that no one explained which queue we had to join was.

My sister booked ahead for us to visit the Accademia Gallery in Florence and I would highly recommend this tour. To skip the queue is a real plus and our guide Rosa was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about the subjects, which made the experience so enjoyable. Thank you Rosa for making it such a wonderful visit to this amazing place.
