We received no communication from the organiser prior to the event but they did respond when asked. We tried to figure the details out ourselves and discovered that one of the venues we were supposed to visit was permanently closed. When we arrived at the first venue, they knew nothing about our booking. I contacted the organiser again to check the details and enquire as to whether we were in the right place and two days later, I am still to receive a response. We did get served for dinner but as we had no idea the timings/location of the opera itself and with no contact from the organiser, we went back to our hotel having missed the main part of the evening. I would have scored this experience as terrible had it not been for the restaurant who did serve us dinner and tried their best to assist us. Would not recommend this experience.

Arrive early to get the seat that you would feel comfortable with.
The Church is small and intimate. The acoustic experience is incredible, to hear big voices from a few feet away was priceless.
My Favorite performer was the Baritone, incredible control, power and delivery.

What a fabulous experience. Attended this opera which has 3 incredibly talented artists. The pianist and two singers, breathtaking performances that I won’t soon forget. So affordable too!

Beautiful performance with a variety of operatic pieces and a couple of piano solos. The location, a former church, was a great space for the performers and the audience. An enjoyable entertainment while in Florence!

We had difficulty finding the venue but it was worth hunting it down. The singers filled the church with their wonderful, powerful voices. The pianist was great too. Amazing sound considering no microphones - just pure talent. We are not opera experts but really enjoyed it and will try a full opera when we get home.

Dit concert is zonder ons daarvan op de hoogte te stellen, geannuleerd.
Ik heb 2 tickets betaald maar helaas nog geen respons gekregen van u.
Het zou heel fijn zijn als u de 50 euro van deze tickets terug zou willen storten.

Smart casual is how we went but there were people there is just comfortable tourist clothing. It is not a posh venue seats are just put out for you to sit on. Have a good time.
