- SchloshZ0 条分享Siena, San Gimignano的充实旅行在佛罗伦萨旅行的日子里我们报名参加了CiaoFlorence组织的Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni与品酒的一日游。一天四个地方的确很紧张，不像我们平常自由行的悠闲，但是旅行安排的紧凑使得效率也很高。48人一团，我们四个人是唯一来自亚洲的旅客，但和来自五湖四海的游客也聊的很开心，这的确是一个认识朋友、欣赏风景、学习艺术文化的好机会。导游Antonio非常耐心，为我们详细介绍每一个景点。在Siena还为我们提供导游讲解器，方便了解教堂内部作品信息。 唯一美中不足的就是在报名联络方式的选择上有些不方便，为了剩下国际漫游费，我选择用Whatsapp与他们联系，但是并没有及时得到回复，即便信息都显示“已阅”；后来只能打电话向他们报名，通话质量不清晰使得我的名字也被听错，报名 voucher也没有发到我的邮箱内（估计也是听错了），还好出发当天比较顺利，不用过于担心。撰写日期：2017年4月21日

The person who was on the bus with us, a lady called Marina, was really disappointing. She seemed to be bored to death and really eager to see the end of the tour.
On the bus, she made only the minimum effort to fulfill her duty. As we were driving along mountains and beautiful landscape, she didn’t care to make any comments on what we were seeing or explain anything. The least lively person I’ve ever seen in this kind of activity.
She answered the questions in a very brief way, and immediately turned her back on us to do something else, as if we were annoying her.
Anyway, the tour itself was a waste of money. We chose the low cost tour, but we could not expect everything would be so frustrating. We should have taken the train instead, at least we would have saved the money. We couldn’t even taken part in the buccellato tasting, because we had chosen the low cost tour. In other words, we just paid for the transportation and didn’t have the right to anything.
Worst experience ever and a huge waste of money.

En realidad nos ha gustado Pisa y Lucca. El viaje organizado por Cciao Florence ,ha sido muy relajado y bien organizado por la guía que hablaba italiano francés y español. El conductor Rafaello muy profesional y la guía ,le pido disculpas pero no recuerdo su nombre . La visita ha sido jueves día 20/04/2023. Hemos viajado desde Barcelona y el viaje y excursiones han sido contratadas por el corte inglés de Barcelona Diagonal ,para ellos también felicidades por su profesionalidad.

Cristian was our guide and driver. He was very informative, providing us wonderful suggestions on sights and food. He ensured we had a great time. While we walked around Lucca, he arranged a wonderful lunch on the coast. This tour was fantastic and made better with Cristian's help.

Elvis was wonderful, witty and skilled as our driver for Lucca and Pisa. He always made sure we knew where to go and where to meet up after each tour. He even helped us find our tour guide from another company ( we didn't realize).
I would definitely try to book with him again if ever I get back to Florence. I'm not 90 so who knows?

On Monday September 23rd, we were fortunate enough to have Elvis as our driver to Lucca and Pisa. My husband’s grandfather was born in small village outside of Lucca and was curious if we could find anything about him there. Elvis took us to the Municipal at BOTH Chiesini and and older part of Chiesini. We couldn’t have asked for better driver / partner to investigate this. With his help and guidance we not only found his grandfather but Elvis was able to communicate with the municipal people to find his birth records and hus address. Your company is very lucky to have such a brilliant, young, vibrant gentlemen with such great customer service skills. To rate him only a 10 would be doing him a disservice. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and compassionate for our needs. My husband was thrilled to tears! What a perfect day he gave us on our first trip to Italy!!! I would recommend that everyone ask for Elvis for an awesome experience wherever you want to go. A trip to remember. Thank you Elvis. !! ❤️

We booked a tour with Ciao Florence and our tour director was a fantastic young man named Giulio. He conducted a fluent and interesting tour of Pisa and Lucca without any issues. He was clear with instructions and was very ably assisted by the informative and charming local guides, Chiara at Pisa and similarly by Belinda at Lucca. A great day spent at the iconic Pisa and well preserved and historic Lucca. Massimo was our very capable coach driver.

O guia Gabriel é uma graça, muito atencioso e simpático! Ótima experiência! Apesar de pegarmos chuva, foi muito atencioso, tivemos todas as explicações sobre Pisa e Lucca e tempo livre para desfrutar dos locais!

We enjoyed this day trip to Pisa where we walked the square and enjoyed a nice lunch. This was followed with an afternoon walk in the town of Lucca that was very historic with it's cathedrals. Our guide was very knowledgeable in providing a historic background at all the locations.
