Christian was fantastic. We were able to customize our tour stops to suit our interests, which we really appreciated. He took us to a beautiful and intimate winery for lunch. He was very knowledgeable and made the tour very enjoyable. Having a private tour made a big difference. For one, we were always dropped off at the entrance of each stop instead of having to walk 20 mins each way in the heat from the bus parking lots. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful trip with Christian as our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. The kids loved him, he spoke excellent English, and offered lots of interesting historical perspective on the region. Would highly recommend to anyone trying to get a feel for the food, culture, and beautiful sights in Tuscany while visiting Florence.

Cristian was the perfect balance of talkative and not too much so. Lots of tips along the way, just a real pleasure. My favorite part was San gimignano and I do wish we had more time there. The lunch was fabulous, and I was afraid I would be tired from the long day, but there was just no stress because he dropped us off and picked us up in all the key places. Lovely day!!

We had a great day with Christian as our driver exploring Tuscany. The highlight being a lunch overlooking vineyards. Christian was very knowledgeable and kept us timely so we didn’t miss anything. He also arranged a great tour guide in Siena. Highly recommend this trip!

It was a great experience which started w/ the right foot. Cristian picked us up at 8:29am and had a smooth ride to Pisa. He pointed out what/where/how and dropped us of right at the gate.
Picked us up and went to San Gimignano… great historic little village with the best gelatto.
Lunch at a nice winery before going to Siena for the finale. Big day, but worth it.

Cristian was amazing! What a magnificent guide. This was our first private tour in Italy and he was so knowledgeable and polite. He told us about recommendations and tips at every stop. We started by being dropped off right in front of the Leaning Tower. We then went to San Gimignano. He took us to a wonderful lunch, we tasted some wine, and had amazing foo. A place not usually seen during the public tour as the size of the winery is small and intimate. We would recommend him again and again!

Christian was an amazing tour guide! From beginning to end, he was passionate about the history, region, and overall our experience in Italy for our first ever trip here. He was beyond our expectations, taught us so many new experiences and informed us of the best locations here. I could have no asked for a better experience. 11/10 rating if possible! When I come back I want to spend a day with Christian, maybe he’ll give me a tour just for fun. Thank you Christian, you are AWESOME!

This tour was fantastic! Cristian, our guide, was informative, charismatic and ensured my family and I experienced the best day possible. We enjoyed all the recommendations he made. We especially enjoyed the wine tasting lunch in the Chianti region vineyard. It was spectacular with vistas that were breathtaking and a lunch/wine pairing that we will not forget! The day was full of exciting sites and great conversations with Cristian. We will definitely book again with him when we return. Thank you for the memorable day!

This tour was outstanding. Placido was our driver. I highly recommend this tour and Placido. He provided great information on our drive and he was very enjoyable. My husband, my three teenage daughters and I needed a break from cities and museums so we chose this day trip from Florence. It was well worth it. The service Placido provided was excellent. While we saw many people walking long distances from their transportation to get to the sights, Placido dropped us off very close to what we wanted to see. Thank you Placido and Ciao Florence Tours. Delightful day!

Hi, is this a coach tour first, and secondly if we join the tour from Florence, can we be dropped back to Coleoli or at Pontedera station, because we have forward bookings at Karma resort there.

How do we arrange entry tickets in advance? For example tickets for the leaning tower of Pisa? There are specific times required for entry. We also need an infant seat for a 2yr old. Please advise how to arrange for that too.
