I purchased two tickets in June they informed me less than 2 days before my visit in September that they were not available and to buy them on site. They would give a full refund. I have not received the refund, they have not responded to my many emails. Don’t give this company any of your money. If I could give a minus score I would.

The church is very beautiful and traditional. The interior of the basilica is rich and there are the tombs of memorable personalities of history. It's worth a visit.
The sad note is that the service leaves negative marks. The staff are fat and as the church is close to closing time they turn aggressively towards the tourists. It was a disappointment.

Nice Church. Most oftenly missed during the reviews but a must see church in Florence . Whole church tour can take less than 2 hours

Excellent visit even if due to the concomitant presence of the Florentine football event on the field traditionally in the square in front of the basilica we had to speed up the visit

Do NOT book tickets through Trip Advisor. After you have meticulously planned and scheduled your trip, you will, days before your trip find out that you are not confirmed, even if you have gotten tickets saying you are. You will even get almost daily confirmations that are not valid. Buy tickets through the place itself. We were sent tickets the morning after when we're scheduled to go and could not get in.
They are not giving us a refund either. Very disappointed to not have seen such a special place.

One of the first things that catch your attention when you enter this church is the number of tombs there. On the floor and walls it is possible to observe them as there are 276 in total.
It was here that he found the graves of some of the most illustrious Italians, such as Michelangelo, Galileo Galilei, Machiavelli and Rossini, and for this reason it is nicknamed the Pantheon of Italian Glories.

J ai réservé un créneau un mois à l avance etablei mon planning sur florence selon mes.jours et horaires d activités et je me retrouve avec un changement de planning. Tout ceci du au fait que ce jour là le 24 juin la basilique de santa croce est fermée comme tous les ans à cette période là ( fête de st giovanni). Du coup j ai payé, on ne m'a pas proposé d autres créneaux horaires. Je n'ai pas été tenu au courant et je me suis retrouvée devant la chapelle fermée. A ce jour je n ai aucune nouvelle pour être remboursé.
